  2. i used a buff, with any polish i had lying around, usually meguires... you can di it by hand, but better looking finish with a buffer.... welcome aboard.

  9. ahh ok, cheers for that, hope your right haha, rb20de+t would suck. wonder why it would have ecr32 written on the ecu then?? hmmmm also, changed my mind on the turbo AGAIN. did a dummy fit, i would need to run a spacer on the flange coz the compressor housing hits the manifold before the studs are tightened, and i need an elbow made up. i do however need a coolant line, the one that goes from the back of the block to the back of the turbs... anyone got one lyin round?

  16. hmmm, ill give it a shot. if the kit gets here by friday, ill have 2 weekends to do it before the rb20 goes in... actually looking forowrd to gettin my hands dirty and doin some shit myself on this build, makes it more pleasing. starting on ripping the 30 out today, perfect weather for it!

  19. honestly mate, do it yourself, have a look where the dump pipe meets your turbs, that will prob be the hardest part, gettin your hands in there, the rest is done underneath, obviously... save some coin and give it a go, if you do decide to go the shop route, they shouldnt charge you more than an hour, depending on your existing joins, welds or flanges? have a look, and give it a shot.
  20. hi all Trying toi make a decision on turbs for my RB20, that will be getting dropped into my Drift project next weekend. I have here, in my hands, a TD06 17c, with dump or, i can get a VG30.... done a bit of research, and others have for me, and the 06 seems to be decent for the 20, some people say better than the VG.... anyone with 06-17c on there 20 wanna shed some light? what rpm does it see +boost? what rpm full boost? etc etc.... cheers! craig.

  22. too many roadworks at one time... everyday of the week, i come across major works, from the new expressway up north to the ghey tram overpass on sth rd. not to mention pt rd in peak hr, that shit can cause hemorrhoids
