  1. right but if you wish to proceed the best option int to go for an rb 25/30 whihc is rb 25 head on an rb 30 bottom end with goo size cams high compression, head work and aftermarket ecu you could achive your goal. you could also build an rb 26 as an n/a motor is has been doen the you get a an 8500 9k red line and pretty good power. but these motor in this state of tune would only last around 20 000 klm if your lucky may be less meggala

  4. get your self a vg30 or rb25 turbo and a bigger fuel pump and a ecu remapp you will enjoy the improvement cheers meggala
  5. ceffie that motor was pretty good 12 months ago it had the head off and it was checked only had aroudn 70000 klms then and the car had 100 and something dont spend the cash till it blows if you want to run up to 200- 220 bolt in an rb 25 there are alot of good reasons for this namely the injectors will handel that much power its torquier etc. the reason it has a little bit less power than the other cefs is the motor is from an r32 not a cefiro ceffies have bigger cams yes I'm pretty sure it was my old black ceff cheers meggala

  13. you safest to conver to tiwins for reg and engineering I always try to comly and reg my cars as stock as possible and they tend to go through quickly . my record for compliance and sign off is 2 1/2 days on the rb25 cef rwc was easy with it as well. if you want to play wit the big boys ie t78 you need to pay cheers

I told yu you need to go for a drive with sam he knows his shit eh congrats on the figures dude . btw my pissy little sr made 221 rwkw & 748 nm of torque not bad for a 4 banger. still a great figure for a stock motor and as you can see you dont need 300 + rwkw to drift really weel unless your name is sam cheers
  15. and the conversion isnt that hard of you have the loom and ecu I have had one done. seems good value concidering its reged in qld
  16. yeah an rb26 fits you will need gtr brakes and rb25 gearbox to make it reliable probably around 10-12k all up

  25. try XTC in louvain street coburg they know heaps about skylines etc. he does alot of work for me. has a dyno etc. call 0425 818755 ask for sam and tell him you found out from here you will be looked after cheers meggala
