My GTR got 630 klms from a tank ONCE... It was on the way back from Sydney to the Gold coast! since then............... couldnt tell you! 25lt per 100klms!! lol.. as for the other criteria! I cant help you! Maybe if you wait a few months an Aurion TRD 3500s!?!?! not as boring as you think!

Sign me up for dec 4th..... will be running a pretty std gtr with tein coilovers but ordinary falkens. should be fun though. Just need to clean up a friends e46 m3 and im happy! very interested to see what my times will be. Could be 30+ degrees on the day! Good test for the cooling system!!!

Hey mate, Noticed you update the timeattack forum results aswell, looking forward to coming up on the 4th for my first run in my 34. i will also be attending with a friend who went on the 23rd morn session. He had the dark green/black e46 m3. it was his first day out and had extremely warped discs so ran pretty ordinary times. 1:07 on sprint, 1:36 on national. Will be out there for the morning session on road [shit] falkens and have just organised a hks speed limit defender. Would 1:03's [sprint] be out of the ? with tein monoflex coilovers, different front control arms and 210awkw???

Sounds like it would be an absolute machine mate, if your seeking more inspiration go to gtr.co.uk and have a look @some of the 33 gtr's for sale on that forum, there are some insane cars there!!!!! especially a white one with 1000hp... Im not the biggest 33 fan, but that car is something very special....

It was!!! I was showing him how to drive a GTR lol.... !!! That "Nitto" v-spec II nur in spark silver is currently for sale on gtr.co.uk for 66k [pounds]!! what a car!!! The cars for sale on that forum are unbelievable. and the timeattack part of the forum is a good read, they take it pretty seriously over there!! the money they must put into these cars is nothing short of amazing...

An easy one thats very close to accurate is kw to hp divide by 3 times by 4 for example 300kw divide by 3 =300 300 x4 =400hp hp to kw divide by 4 times by 3 for example 400hp divide by 4=100 100 times by 3 =300kw

Hey Aku, Long time no see... Dont know if you heard yet.. Vinnie just bought an 04 m3, and a second set of race rims with semi's on them!!! We should all go to QR soon and have some fun!!! P.s the 34 is heaps quicker than the M3!!!!!!! . Take care mate. glad your keeping the GTR.

The fastest i have been was in my 2001 VX GTS, it was 2003. the speedo only went to 250kph, but the car continued to accelerate for some time after that. I still remember the factory shift light shining and audible shift tone buzing its head off!! That was done in 5th gear as 6th was too overdriven for max speed. That same year Motor's pcoty clocked a VY GTS @ 275kph. I was hoping mine would have done that given the re-map and 3inch redback exhaust. I guess i'll never know.. That was my last HSV!! since then i have had GTR's and there is NO comparison, but i dont need to tell you guys that!!! Oh yeah, private road and all that Sh*t!!

I thought the main host lets call him [clarkson impersonator] was pretty ordinary. the other two call them [Hammond and May[ were not too bad. I really want to like this show so im going to give it a go over the next few weeks and see if the characters grow on me... fingers crossed!!! and by the way is it just me or is that track the most boring track ever!?!?!?!

I know what your experiencing, mine does this to on occasion. More often than not mine will run up to 1.07 on the mfd, then every now and then something happens and it runs a max of about 0.8 bar and feels very flat and lathargic. I have no idea why, and its an intermittant fault, generally when its warm and it has been driving in a spirited fashion. I can turn the car off and start it again and it goes away!!! cant work it out...I was hoping it was just a minor fault [glitch]with the factory ecu, so i figured once i had a pfc it would be problem solved!!!! That may or may not fix the problem though....... Im very interested if somebody can solve this problem for us, if indeed we have the same problem.... Paulr33 please help mate!!!! cheers!!!

Not 100% sure but i thought they turned in the same direction as the front wheels not the opposite. i remember seeing it on the Duke dvd!!! I could be wrong though.

Bumped into Jim RIchards at the Shannons tent at speed on the tweed over the weekend, he was standing next to his 997 GT2 which he drove in Targa West. He was a great guy to chat to, i asked him what he thought of the r35. He said it was damn impressive and very very fast. I also asked him about his experience with the r32 and he said that it was an amazing vehicle to race. We chatted for a few minutes, i told him i was a big fan etc!! as you do. Before i let him be, i asked if he was going to get his own back on the gtr in targa tas, he said "he's certainly going to try" the tone suggested there was a small amount of uncertainty in his 2 wheel drive porsche's capability against GTR and he went on to say how good the 4wd is down there [tas]........ What a great guy to chat to. Im still a big fan..

Agree, Not quite sure your right about the weight of them though! Saw a r32 gtr at Speed on the Tweed, charcoal grey, no spoiler, and 19 inch cheap-arse chrommies. The guy is an sau member [had the sticker]. Was not a good example of what a r32 should look like [in my personal opinion]. Pissed me off actually lol. Im sure a mint stock looking car would have got alot more attention. Also Met Jim Richards there... great guy!!!!!

Wondering if there are many skylines [or other vehicles of course] heading up to Queensland raceway for the 20th sep saturday afternoon sprints ... wondering what the format is???? was wanting to do a few laps. Can this be done without competing in the sprint series. [dont feel like punishing the poor thing that much yet!] What time does everyone arrive etc, is there a run through of rules and regs etc???

Current cars 08 Prado turbo diesel- Maybe Replace 09 [new shape] or keep and spend money on mods for gtr! R34 Gtr- Keeping for 3 more years hopefully afford to modify more- replace late 2011 with R35 Thats if things go to plan and the economy doesnt get completely screwed!!!

Im thinking the GTR has won.. given the live results say that racecourse 2 [final stage??] stage is completed! GTR by 15 seconds over Richards GT2.. If thats it.. Well Done to the boys steering the R35!!! Im thinking thats the First Aus motorsport victory for the R35 GTR!?!?!?! Brilliant! more of that please.

Lets ignore retail prices, because no-one pays retail!! Sahara, Twin Turbo V8 Diesel.......$103,000 R35 GTR.......$150,000 est! M6..............can be bought for $245,000 I think thats all bases covered for me!!! and still have 2k to put towards semi-slicks for the GTR...
