HI all Does the ceffy fuel tanks match any other model Nissan?? are the intank pump/braket thing the same as anything else - R32? S13? I am after the rubber seal thats seals the pump to tank and I might have a leak on the top of the tank as when full ( does happen very offen I tell you Fuel in Darwin is now a 200.9 a litre sux hay) I can smell fuel in excess. This i might have to get looked at sooner then later Cheers Billy

Have had a made look into it for me and have now found the real problem. No sprigot bush!! BUT in saying this the last box I took out didnt have one aswell but still worked fine. Having a auto engine put in after I blew the previous one up sprigot bush was never put in but did not seem to effect the driving of the gearbox/engine?? Go figure Well getting one during the week and will let you know how it went

Ok put a longer pushrod and still not fixed Now have been told to try change my gearbox oil to a 15 40 lets see what this does

HI all as topics Are the FACTORY 5 speed RB20DET gearbox's, fork, pivot ball, the same as all other RB20DET R32 gearbox's I have a 5 speed manual Factory build Cefiro and have blown up my gearbox and have just ordered and received a RB20DET from a R32 after many many issues (clutch and other ) I have put the gearbox in and found that I don't have the full reach of my clutch and is bearly driveable ( grindes nearly every gear) Clutch master and slave are brand new but still unable to get any pressure to my clutch and seems I am unable to fully disengage the clutch hence the grinding. I have asked around and people seem to think that either the fork, throw bearing, bell housing or all the above are different from FACTORY 5 speed RB20DET Cefiro to the RB20DET R32 Skyline. PLEASE help Billy

I have a friend looking into this and might be able to get them for $95 ex Japan but just cheaking that they are the right ones. The ones with the bolt wings coming of the rubber

Dont mean to be funny but are all your fuse's right. I had the same problem and found one of the side curb lights had been exposed to metal and blew my fuse, but my hazards still worked.

AWW I just change my rear cradle now i got to find a non hicas rear

Yea I think I have a genuine part number but just double checking it when I get nis FAST installed on my laptop this week

What about tie rod ends on the rear (HICAS) do they have an alternative or genuine the only way to go. I am having small rear end arse movments and the rear tie rod ends seem to be a bit flogged out.

Ok have got my local prts guy in talks with a guys who supply's centre bearing for the Cefiro/R32 - RB20DET brand new. Nissan have qouted $300 ish plus mark he can get the same bearing using a Nissan part number for $105 He is trying to open an account to get them instore I am waiting for the out come

Ok found how to do it. I am now trying to get a centre bearing for it. Nissan want $331 for it. But I have been told that they might be the same as commodore but will know more tonight and if I get Part numbers will post too.

Hi all Can some one give me the number of a Nissan Dealer who I might be able to call to actually get some sort of sense, progress even intelligence. It seriously feels like I'm beating my head against a wall trying to deal with the Nissan parts people here in Darwin N.T. I am really after some one I can call to get advise, parts, part numbers, sense really. Most parts I request I need to get in but at least they can then be sent to me. HI all Can the centre bearing be replaced in the Cefiro's? I know R32 and S13 are the same. The rubber in mine has been flogged out and never thought my ceffy would ever make that sort of noise that would ever over power my stereo but it has. They look to be a pressed on bearing Any help would be great Billy

Found it was a hair line break in one of the fuse's hard to see but all fixed thanks guys
