  1. There wasnt a 4cyl class, only one went on that I know of which was my friends Sky80 SR20DET.
  2. I had a great day out even though my car didnt see the rollers. Congratulations to the people who both won awards and exceeded thier power expectations. Dont think Ive ever seen so many schmick R32R's in one place! Including DSTROY of course. Last, but certainly not least, A big thanks to Cara and the rest of the SAU-SA squad for organising such a great event. Thanks Guys! PS. For those wondering, Kellie (Bunny33) wasnt able to make it today due to work commitments
  3. I definately wont be there, working. I will however be out bright and early at the dyno day Saturday.
  4. Spotted a heap of Skylines tonight - went into town for dinner. Some were: a White R32 GTR turning off of Grand Junction Road, onto Main North Road - Gepps Cross. The white 32 was being followed by a Silver R33. A white R34 4 Door, and a midnight blue R33 2 door in the Central Market Carpark. White S2 R33 on North Terrace.
  5. Oooops I forgotz. I will do it today when I get home, if you haven't heard from me by 4 chuck me an sms.
  6. So no more swine flu then?
  7. LOL would you believe we did the same thing?!? Yesterday we took out a new policy at Shannons, today got that letter!
  8. Spotted my friend saying how sweet Penny's (ontheranch) R34 looks. All why we were sitting in that park next to the DIY carwash in Gawler eating Maccas just before midnight lol.
  9. I thought your dent was on the passenger side? lol........ or is there a new one? My car wont be ready for another month or so....... unless someone wants to lent me some ballin' rims haha
  10. I used to live in this dero house (while our new house was being built) on Grand Junction Road, it was never dark because of all the streetlights - just an eerie orange. I swear it was haunted. One room in particular, always unsettled and cold and the door would shut itself. Also the stove turned itself on once and also dark shadows. Creepy.
  11. Spotted about 20 minutes ago a pearl white R33 4 door at the end of Hampstead road at the same traffic lights I was at. Then like 30 seconds later at the lights of NE Road/Galway avenue, 3 lanes, 3 skylines - all in order. My R32, the pearl white R33 and a midnight blue R34 4 door.
  12. I just read the Schneiders Alley story to my mum, she said that when she went there which was over 20 years ago they did exactly the same thing as stop! stop! someone is following us! -the footstep sound. She said they didnt see a ghost though. Freaky.
  13. Same here
  14. Epic Win.

  17. Unless he hacks in and steals Vu's cash first or something..... Hmmmmm, my step dad is getting a bare metal respray on his 1968 Mustang, been in the shop for 3 months and its not fully stripped yet - as in the windows are still in etc. I rekon its gonna be a while.
  18. Durability. RB20 > RB25 & RB26
  19. 20 Wins. As long as its a rolling start race anyway
  20. I spotted a tricked out version of James' daily in Gawler yesterday. It was dark blue and silver two-tone, some form of kit and a bonnet scoop.
  21. Yep I know where you mean now. Close, but no cigar lol. Ive wondered about shooting infront of that church before, definately some potential there. edit: another really good place I rekon would be in front of the Cheateux Barossa, because its such a massive building thats decorative etc. Or ask the owners of Para Para Mansion if you can park it in front of the house....
  22. Sigh. My headunit partially packed up a while ago, on the 30th of May contacted them about it. Took me a while to convince them it actually needs to be looked at, so anyway I sent it off via registered post, I have been getting in contact roughly every 2 weeks and I pretty much get "were doing more testing" each time. The fault is not intermittent, so I dont know what the hold up is.
  23. +1. Awesome shots Penny! Were they taken sorta behind Hewett looking towards Green Valley or whatever that is called there?
  24. Yep, I'd take one now
  25. There were a few 4WD's there, they had to rip the handbrake to stop it from understeering but I have to admit it didnt look as "flashy" as the RWD and FWD cars IMO. There was a EVO 7,8 and 9 there (I think) Saw a couple of those cock a leg, but the course wasnt really suited to them. There was a Legnum there which was auto and couldnt rip the hand brake because of the centre diff - funilly enough he pulled the quickest time of the day and it was his first day. As a RWD'er I pulled the hand brake at about 20 degrees into corner to tighten up the line and then use full power coming out towards the next cone - often hitting the limiter - but it sounded cool haha. It was good because most of my runs I actually had someone really good at it in the passenger seat talking me through it - a massive advantage. When they were doing the front throws, it seemed the FWD's had the advantage, but then when they changed it to noughts and crosses the RWD's had it. I rode shotgun in a S14 pulling a 26 second run on noughts and crosses, that was insane! I must add too, watching the "Inuendo" White S14A running the track was a pure pleasure to watch in person.
