I love flashbacks I got one too. 1988 TX5 Turbo I got this car when I was 15, did a few things to it: 2.5" zorst, HD clutch (already in), TS VeePort BOV, Boost Gauge etc. Full sound system. That thing had balls. I was its 3rd owner, with the previous owner owning it since 1990, but it was starting to show its age a bit in 2005. So I got it a full respray to freshen things up a bit. In 4 days Apple is releasing OS 3 for the iPhone, and it includes internet tethering!!! Hit my download limit again on the home internet, so back to dialup speed again Because my physical address cannot get ADSL, Im forced to use wireless and I have the biggest plan I could find which is 10GB a month on Telstra NextG, but I keep hitting it. Hopefully they make plans with bigger download limits soon. Im happy with the speed of it, when using speedtest.net I can get low 80's ping, with around 3Mbps download speed but yeah just wish I could have more downloads. The phone exchange Im connected to has just had ADSL2+ made availible, but I have 6500-7000m line length if not running through the pair gains unit....

ah k then. On another note, spotted a silver R32 with what looked like a black roof parked out the front of the Sandy Creek Hotel on Barossa Valley Way about 4.30am today.

I have stock suspension in the 32 aswell, but its new stock suspension (previous owner did it). It feels fairly stable on the road, but I have been told by people behind me it suffers from a bit of body roll. And no doubt it would feel alot better with something decent in there. So, are coilovers actually defectable? - bit confused on that one. Good luck with the manual conversion Ruby!

My R32 is over 30kms from where I am now, and it has the keys in the ignition too. But to get it you need to get over a fence, through a yard with dogs, and hack through a metal door on monitored alarmed premises, not to mention the people around. Seriously though it sucks that this happens. An alarm & immobiliser is a very sound investment. I do have a clublock, I should use that aswell as the only hint my car has an alarm/immobiliser is a flashing blue LED to the right of the steering wheel. Just watch your insurance policy too because my last car would not be insured against fire and theft if it did not have a approved immobiliser fitted.
