Heyas, been a while since i posted. Recently updated my r33 for an r34 gt-t, wrapped! A few light mods including catback exhaust which is why i am now hunting for a split front dump and cat for it... on my r33 I had btmbl front and cat which i absolutely loved but to my dissapointment I cannot find btmbl's posts or his site! Was so long ago when i bought from him, does anyone know if he still operates? a web site, e-mail or anything would be brilliant. Cheers

own a 96 R33 GTS-T Series 2, mods: pod filter (cheapy brand) turbotech controller @ 8-9 psi GCG Highflow turbo 3" turbo back exhaust R34 Side mount stock ecu Problem: sometimes when down gearing (clutch in, moving into appropriate gear) the revs drop to 1000-2000rpm and runs like a pig as if choking, and somtimes turns off. I've thought maybe its because of faulty AFM, shit pod, ECU not liking the new turbo? Also does it matter if the pod + afm aren't mounted or braced somewhere? for e.g. I can lift the pod and the AFM and pipe lifts as well. does it matter if it is loose?

forgive my noobness, but what does R&R mean? what causes it? solution?

haha great this thread has also answered my question to what my turbo is i think everyone will agree its a new GCG high flow, numbers etc. match except mine has '45V4' and the one on the GCG site has '45V2'. ever had a mechanic that fits a new turbo without knowing what it is all i know is that it has steel wheels, and is a bigger than the stock R33 turb....thats the only info I was given.
