Next is Hybrid GT spec intercooler, and walbro pump (stock pump is lazy). Want to run 12psi after these mods, rekon I could hit 200?

  5. try searching for sale section. also try: http://www.modyourcar.com.au/?cPath=11_292
  6. Which ever is a straight swap with my stock cooler (would prefer to keep stock piping, but if piping needed also I am willing to purchase). Going on my SII R33 GTS-T, give it up!
  7. advice taken! I will do so, it all makes sense. since japan have stronger fuels, they are bound to build engines that corrospond to their fuels.
  8. just gave hitman a call, he rekons i shouldn't be running anything less than 98 oct since fuel in japan is stronger. He recommended runing it till its empty, and then fill up full tank of ultimate, and if its still pinging to give him a call to book a tune. I think I might end up going with Hitman instead of CRD, did a search and most guys here have had good results from him, as well him being cheaper I'll let yas know how it goes.
  9. advice taken, CRD are going to call me back to book a date to bring it in. Sorry about the thread i tried a search for "dyno" "tuner" etc. not much luck. I spoke to my mechanic (very competant, always working on turbo imports especially skylines) and he is most definite that it is the fuel I'm using. My line is running BP Ultimate most of the time, other times its BP Unleaded, Shell Unleaded or Shell Optimax....could it possibly be that I'm using too many different fuels? or too much of the same fuel?
  10. using stock ecu shit could be that severe? might have to go and do that then....
  11. heyas, after a good dyno tune for my line. Can someone reccommend tuners they have had good experience with? I live in Parramatta so would be convenient if they were close by. Also, when I rev hard in my GTS-T, I hear a rattling noise....sounds like a loose bolt hitting metal, I've been told its my fuel pump but not too sure...thanks for helping fellas.
  12. hmmmm interesting great explanation there, seems these things sound great. does it have turbo timer program also?
  13. what the hell are these things for? me = noob
  14. haha if only you answered those questions here! sorry i have to ask you also which is better out of the 2, what are the differences, and will either of them be a straight fit on my line? (picture of it in my sig) also are you located in sydney? thanks mate sorry for repeating the question
  15. lmao
  16. hmm yes possibly, well I'm going to continue my search just incase there is. If i do come accross anything i'll post it up.
  17. dunno if its all jap cars in general, but i know there is a distinctive smell in skylines. maybe im getting used to it, but the scent isn't as strong as it was
  18. Anyone know where the skyline fragrance can be bought? Like volvos, skylines have that unique smell that I love!
  19. Nevermind that I did some browsing and found my answer. Bought a 3" split/front dump pipe and 3" catco cat from BATMBL (excellent service there btw), surely the 3" cat can be connected to the 3.5" exhaust?
  20. something is definitely wrong, no spoolage. wait for one of the experts to reply.
  21. here we go making use of the same thread! haha, another question. Is it possible to equip a split dump onto my sky (stock turbo and all)? Why is a split dump preferred over an open dump? I'm assuming performance? I heard it sounds divine
  22. ahh so there are the sizes thanks for that snooze. yep makes sense just to high flow the cat. 3" to 3.5" isn't too bad, should suffice.
  23. I've already tried many searches for this and no luck. I've purchased a 3.5" exhaust for cheap which goes from the cat back. What are the differences between an exhaust from the cat back and turbo back? Sound, performance, maitenance etc. these things i would like some feedback on, thanks guys.
