180SX and R32 are the easiest to find a decent one but will probably take all ur budget. Could get a NA silvia but not as easy to find good manuals and wouldn't be as fun as you'd have to work harder to slide it (unless you find constantly holding WOT and kicking ur clutch like it's ur pregnant missus fun, then you will love it). Either way, whatever you get, make sure it has coilovers and a mechanical diff as the basics. A good race seat and deep dish steering wheel (or bosskit spacer) will let you get a good driving position/hold you in place while sliding. That is almost as important as mechanical mods.

Yep, thanks heaps for that mate. The tyres were hitting the bottom spring perch at first but I planned to raise them to stock height anyway and once I did they cleared but only just Now to save for a few weeks and find some rear coils.

Wooo coilover fitment = success Bought about $100 of sockets and ratchet/bars etc and was like fk $100 for that shit but it was a lot easier with some decent tools, my other socket set is no good for suspension shit Was thinking of having a crack at the sway bars too but CBF set in and now I'm on here

Is this the opinion of someone who has tried them or not is the question... Also, why must selling shit on a forum be such an arse? Dude was 'keen' to buy my afm last Tuesdy, gave him my bank details then nothing. Didn't hear shit from him since and the money never hit my acc so i thought fk it and sold it to a mate who needed one. Now the original dude has finally got in contact with me (after 8 days) and said 'hey I just paid you that money' I'll refund him his coin but ffs if you are keen to buy something and the seller gives you their details, you don't sit on it for 8 days with no communication whatsoever then decide to transfer the coin and expect the sale to resume like nothing happened

My 32 was kinda close (apart from the munted rear quarter ) and I'm aiming to make my sil look almost stock from the outside was well: Stock R33 wheels Legal ride height (eyebrow heights and minimum clearance height) reasonably quiet exhaust with simple single tip black mesh in the front bar to take focus away from the cooler stock looking interior Yet underneath the stock looking exterior will be adjustable suspension parts, coilovers and big sway bars, mechanical diff, R33 brakes and a ~ 200rwkw RB20 setup. It will be done in the usual idea of a sleeper, but built to go sideways instead of straight
