Quick question for anyone who can be arsed answering it - will a GTR blow off valve fit an RB20? My BOV is leaking and I don't want an aftermarket one.

It's less risky when you use a broker who knows what they are doing and have the right contacts in Japan. Keep in mind though that things can still happen that are out of their control as well. I'd buy another car through Kristian (Iron Chef Imports) without hesitation, although I'm trying to cut down on the whole buying of cars thing (18 in 6 years is a bit excessive).

Not always true, 9 times out of 10 the only reason a car would be imported as 'track only' is because someone wants one to build one and there are no avenues to get one here via the SEVS import scheme (for road rego). My advice about getting a track only import is make sure you really want a track only car first, and have the means to get it around BEFORE you take the plunge and actually buy one. You'll need a capable tow car and a half reasonable trailer if you want to get it around to race meets. You CAN permit them to get around to workshops and stuff, but I'd be wary about doing it all the time. DO NOT permit the car to get it to the track you'll get raped by the 5-0 If you know that is DEFINATELY they way you want to go and you have the means to transport it/room to store it and it's related parts then go for it. It's a lot nicer to have a dedicated car that you can modify to perform how you want without having the constraints of rego requirements and keeping it streetable.

There was only 2 ads which featured that blue 4 door with them and they were for 'side step' and 'RIYAUINGU' (rear wing) Might check again tomorrow or something, I think the ads usually have a day or so turn around from when their old one ends to when they put a new one up.

On another note I fking love my new car I never knew RB20s could be so torquey even being hampered by 3.9s in the diff and 215/60/16s on the back it still accelerates smoothly and quickly from no revs. Can't wait till I coin up and chuck a 2way in it with 4.3s and some 205/55s :banana:
