schnapped this one last night after straightening/painting both front quarters and the left rear in less than 10 hours

? But seriously Craig even though it is 'just a prac' it's pretty annoying. You don't get too many laps (especially in group 1) on a prac night and it shits you every time you have to bail on a corner cause some dude is smoking it up trying to get going again. Having said that, I'm fking pumped to get my shitheap out on june 19th, will be first time out there in 7 months.

Lads, I need some help. My sister was downloading some shit via torrents and she said all this spyware/malware shit popped up and now the fking computer won't let me do anything. Pretty much as soon as I turn it on all this crap pops up telling me I've got bulk amount of nasty shit and to buy 'Antispyware soft' to get rid of them, which seems like a dodge way to get me to enter some credit card details in an unfamiliar site. I've downloaded the first page worth of programs from download.com when you search for free security programs and it won't even let them install, it goes to the 'run' or 'cancel' screen then does nothing. I keep getting 'Application cannot be executed. The file wscntfy.exe is infected' and the little red shield with the x on it keeps filling up the taskbar down the bottom, like a new one pops up every second till the whole task bar is full of red shields then I hover the mouse over them and they disappear. No programs will work it just keeps loading these red shields and popping up that error message and trying to get me to buy 'Antispyware soft'. Internet itself is workin fine so far though. Any ideas on how I can 1) get my programs to work and 2) get a program that will get rid of this shit?
