Greetings, my name is Matthew, I'm new to Skylines Australia. I don't have a complete Skyline, only the important parts of one (RB25DET engine and the super strong 5 speed box). I have a good overall interest in cars and vehicle technology, which has progressed too rapidly over the last year as I accumulated way too many cars and parts, now its time to be realistic and get rid of the things I don't really need......and yes, (reluctantly) the skyline parts too. I'll separate the engine and gearbox if someone wants one bit, $1350 for gearbox, $1600 for engine, $2800 the lot, located Sydney. I can take it to a transport depot if you want to it trucked to your state. I can get the engine/gearbox trucked to Melbourne for about $150 through a contact.

I bought it before I went back to uni, while I still had access to a garage...but now I don't. I won't be able to install it for a few more years untill I finish my studies. I went a bit overboard buying cars and bits and pieces over the last few years, now a lot of it is just laying around taking up space, like my Holden Kingswood Wagons, they're next to go, thats what i planned on using the engine/gearbox for. Anyone interested in a 1971 HG kingswood wagon? I've got two, good condition.

Up for sale is an R33 Skyline RB25DET engine and original 5 speed gearbox. The whole lot is pretty much complete except the engine is missing the plastic fan, plastic cover over the sparkplugs and intercooler, the gearbox no clutch (removed). I'd prefer to sell it as one instead of splitting it up. The engine has done about 105,000 km's, I assume the gearbox has done the same. I bought it off Ebay about 18 months ago and it has just sat undercover since , apart from turning it over by hand every 6 months. Compression is good at around 160 PSI per piston, everything else on the engine looks standard. Included is the hydraulic master and slave (for clutch), engine computer, loom, all engine sensors, aircon compressor, alternator, power steering pump, turbo, exhaust manifold, inlet manifold, gearstick with rubber boot. Overall the engine and gearbox are in good condition, and I'm confident you'll have no trouble with it. I'll try and get some photo's later in the week. $2800 the lot.
