Yeah, im thinking it may be the exhuast that is holding it back.. As far as there expieriece they seem to know there stuff.. When i started to have minor issues with the Stagea nobody wanted to touch it except these guys and they were able to reslove my problems. Also when people were telling me my cars missing due to spark plugs or R&R on 11psi, they told me "We'll put some spitfires in it it wont miss a beat!" and its now making heaps better mid range and is heaps more responsive and is ideling alot better.. befor i fit the r34 turbo im gonna jump on the Yahoo auctions a source a HKS split dump & apexi front pipe.. I know i can go JJR but id rather Japanese parts i know are going to fit then Chinese parts that need to be chooped and welded ext.. Then its save for a E-manage Ultimate! Here's the dyno result..

Finally got my spitfires put in, raised the boost to around 11psi and put it back on the rollers. Overall result was heaps better mid range but would only go to 129.4awkw about the same as last time. The guys at RE Customs seem to think it may have something to do with the ECU .. So the plans are to maybe change the turbo to a r34 GTST turbo I've been offered for next to nothing, a HKS or equivalent dump and save for a aftermarket ecu, injectors, fuel pump and GT28 or GT30 hopefully but i may be awhile before the major mods go ahead. Will post pic's/video's later.

Haha i gotta go back in a week to pick up a few things then i might start saving for an after market ecu, turbo and injectors then go back to get the ecu installed and tuned.

C'mon guys don't be weak.. Go twin 4" cannons I've got a 3" exhaust on my car going through to the twin 4" cannons and the young kids across the road recon my car is a beast caus it shakes there windows when i start it up lol I also want to get a JJR Bellmouth dump.. not sure what dump i have on mine but i want something thats gonna free flow.. also i want to see if i can get 3" pipe with some mandrel bends for an intake pipe for the turbo.

Good topic, I'm wondering if my turbo manifold is leaking at the moment as my car has been hitting a flat spot lately where you can hear the turbo spooling but the car doesn't really move then it finally takes off. Not sure if its a leak or trans needs a service.

My guess is its your coil packs. I have the same issue with my car if i raise it to around 10-11psi. Put it on the dyno and it was breaking down around 4000rpm with healthy AFR's. Should have new ones in shortly then back on the Dyno with 12psi

If you know someone with a bleed valve style boost controller or want to buy one for $25, plumb it up (only takes 5 mins) and see if it holds boost.

Looks the goods mates. Only thing is on the left hand side behind the panel in the boot is the computer for the Atessa system and on the right hand side is the oil bottle for the Atessa system. In saying that it would probably be a good idea making it easy to remove so you can access to the Atessa computer and oil bottle.

Now that I've got twins the misses has taken over my car completely. I'm lucky to drive it to work some nights or drive it on the weekends She loves it though, the amount of looks she gets, the sound of the turbo spooling and the way it wants to take off if she gives it abit of throttle.

Same with mine, it drives me crazy! Around the same time my relay started to click my 4WD light started to come on frequently. I took it to RE Customs and they bleed the Attesa system, put new fluid in and tried another relay from another Stagea which didn't have a clicking relay and that relay clicked aswell. Bleeding the Attessa system seemed to resolve the 4WD light problem for a short while but eventually came back. After doing a scan on the car a TPS error code was pulled from the ECU, after repositioning the TPS the 4WD problem has ceased but the relay still clicks every now and then.

If you were to go LS1 in a Stagea why not stay Jap Spec and got twin turbo. Has been done befor in Skylines. But then agian why not go a 6.0L LS2

I have Blitz Type 03 in Blitz Silver on my Stagea. Front wheels are 18x9 and Rears are 18x10.

Have to agree, putting a 13B Rotary in a Stagea isan't very practical. If you wanted to do something different and dont like the RB, the only way to go would be a 2JZ-GTE.

A little hard to see but my Stagea came from Japan with the roof rails removed and cover kit already on it.

I'm from Hoppers Crossing but my Dads' been a member down the workies for 20 years and is there most Friday night's. Then i get conned into picking him up.

More boost... Only mod ive really done as exhuast, induction ect was already on the car... Why.. Becase its goes harder and i love the look on peoples faces when they hear a wagon screaming past with a nice flutter at the end

Thanks mate, she's looking a bit sad at the moment with the taped bumper and hasn't had a good wash for awhile. Hopefully all should be fixed up soon!

Just a 3" cat back.. cars running fine now just gotta take it back to get coil packs done , more boost and put it back on the rollers

They look exactly like the Ziniks i was gonna get for my Staga.. but i cant part with my 3 peice blitz wheels.. Zinik wheels are awesome though.. not alot of people have them either.. i used to get so many comments from people when i had my HSV Senator..

Bumping a really old thread. Was bored at work and decided id play around with my car in photoshop.. Pretty rough as i couldnt be stuffed smoothing it ect but it turned out pretty cool..
