  1. Faster car wouldn't have helped him, air wing would have been called in and they still would have got him. Serves him right the tool! At least they got him.
  2. what camber are you running? seems odd to have the space saver roll off the rim too, unless it was dead flat and you were driving too fast. Maybe the pidgeon's sabotaged your tyre, slashing it with their katana's when they realised you eated their eggs for breakfast that day..... hmmmmm

cruised into work with a silver 33 GTR Vspec today on western hwy then deer park bypass then wesgate, see him quite a fair bit when I'm running late, always gives a wave, oh and it's low as fark too. Then saw black 32 GTST on westgate bridge outbound about 9:15am. Then one more 32GTR Gunmetal with bronze rims with chick driving, you were going into Bunnings on Burwood Rd in Hawthorn, looks tuff
  6. I'd still rather pay someone to do it for me. At least then if bushes etc are found to be shagged they can let you know and do them at same time.

silver 32 GTS with blue wiper arms, sprayed blue calipers and rotor hats on Kings Rd in Taylors Lakes heading towards Watergardens, I was the guy next to you in the 32R. Where was the 32 love?? I gave you a look and "the nod" and you looked the other way. Fricken Douche! lol Kids these days I dunno
  8. I didn't know you had to have one at all. My 32 has a real ugly one that didn't work too well when I got it and when the windows got tinted I told them to rip it out. I see lots of cars without high mount stop lights
  9. Still against the law to have open alcohol in the car while it's driving, even if it's a passenger. But seriously, how many of us still allow it. I know I do and I have never drunk drove in my life. Try the Metho trick dude. The worst part about spilt beer is the smell after a while.
  10. Imperial flag would look sweet , or you could go a bit different and really test the artist out and do one of the following: Imperial flag out of Beer bottles: Freaky Mickey Mouse one: Or the Ultimate Cheese.... Hello Kitty: I also found this cool Mix of the American and Japanese flag. It's called the Obama Rising Sun:
  11. Yeah it's permanent marker, from the looks of them they are Sharpie, best permanent marker on the planet IMO
  12. that sounds more like it if it was 100 for a new one, none of us would have bubbles in our dash
  13. Go the blue! I have seen a GTiR in that colour with white Oz Racing rally wheels and it looked awesome! I would go that colour if I was going for a colour change. If you are going to go down the satin black road and you are worried about longevity of the paint, just do it yourself but be a bit different and do it in blackboard paint! if it chips of you just get the roller out and repaint
  14. 100is for a new dash??? WTF! I would just do that if it were the case but I can see it being more like 100's ish
  15. I love it! It's different and I've never seen it done on a car before this thread. Well done for being individual. I love the pic where she's in her hooded eskimo jacket with gloves on and the space heater keepin her warm, must have been a cold night in Misawa. Can't wait to see th efinished product, keep it up! Oh and definitely do the wheels
  16. have you tried Google images? you may be able to find one on there somewhere. I have a dodgy compliace one sticky taped inside my glovey on the Vspec II. It doesn't even have the 17 inch size on it! only the normal 16inch GTR and the GTST sizes on it! I need to find a R32 GTR VSpec II one... good luck
  17. Get the aus specs from Fulcrum and get them to fit too. I got mine done on 32R for $2600 fitted at Centreline in VIC but the Tein SS came from Fulcrum in QLD. If you know what you doing then fit yourself but keep in mind you WILL need a full wheel alignment and if you want to set camber castor etc, then you need to go to a suspension place not a tyre place to get it done properly. I would rather pay the extra and let someone else get their hands dirty and set the correct ride height etc. At least if its not right then they will fix it. Beats trying to zero it all in yourself and spend hours doing just that.
  18. + 1 for the wheel balance. Mine is doing the same thing at the moment, just gotta make time to go to local tyre place.
  19. I have brand new Oz spec Tein SS in my 32R and mine are even all round, installed by Centreline. I don't think they 10mm difference between sides is acceptable, front to rear is fine but not side to side, you want front corners the same and rear corners the same unless you are racing a track with only right or left hand corners. Take it to a suspension place that know what they're doing and they should be able to fix the issue.

    Burnout Mishap

I saw a tool in the side streets of richmond between Swan and Church being a hero in his.... wait for it.... Toyota Sera! Yes that's right, his ultra high performance SERA!!! it was wet and I was behind him and all of a sudden he slows to a complete stop, next thing he revs it's tits off and dumps the clutch and does a burnout up the road, keeps flooring it then gets to the first of 3 roundabouts and decides to power on half way through it.... So instead of going around the round a bout he goes in a straight line because his wheels are just spinning trying to get traction, BANG! Straight into lamp post! Dumbass! I lol's and left him there. He was ok but the car which is nearly all glass was not doing to well.
  23. reminds me of that time in year 12 I layed a stripe down this chicks back.... Oh sorry wrong type of skids lol Have you seen the school? the 40m burnout was probably on the gravel part next to the carpark!! paste this into Google Maps - -38.00479,145.16102
