  1. Alot of people just get that ACL flexible heat shield material and you basically bend and cut and make whatever shape or size you want for whatever your covering, easy and works well.
  2. 123-132 NM real tight.

  9. Yeah did it a few times gets better thsn starts again, asked tao he said bearings are just dry cause turbo been out for a while.
  10. Took my turbo off couple of weeks ago rotated housing and comp cover was fine then all of a sudden today its rubbing when u turn it by hand. When i loosen all the bolts its fine as soon as tighten rubs again cannot figure it out.
  11. You only need to worry about the springs if you were dropping in a set of cams as the extra lift might be to much for stock old springs to handle but if stock cams you dont need to touch anything just good tune.
  12. If your fusing with stainless as most ppl do for cooler piping yes you need a perfect fit to have a nice weld. Yeah I also agree aswell my cheap shitty drop saw cuts pretty straight just have to linish with a grinder and die grinder and they fit spot on.
  13. dam thats awesome its what I have always looked for but never been able to find it, would buy if I had money.
  14. Your options are either cut off drop saw which will do the job but annoying that you have to clean each cut up alot whereas bandsaw does a pretty clean cut and not much if any clean up is needed. I personally have been using drop saw but will be changing to a bandsaw when I get the money.
  15. Id be going the 15-60 if its a track car just for a bit more insurance since your gona be heating up the oil.
  16. If u have a powerfc just change the injector correction vaule and you will be able to drive tothe tuner.

  19. Unless you already have the injectors then just use some jecs hiflowed ones they go up to 1200cc these days and are direct fit.
  20. Heres a couple pics of my new piping that I am currently working on, love using lobster back can make any type of shape you want so easily.
  21. You adjust it from the collars on the spring its the non base adj type.
  22. I never said do it on the highest setting Ive always used the 200nm setting, I would think its common sense that you wouldnt be pumping it to 800nm setting as some of the guns do go up to.
  23. Why? Theres nothing wrong with rattle gunning it as in reality thats how the majority of people and workshops would have done it and have not had any problems.
  24. Poncams seem to be the popoular drop in choice for that power level im happy with mine gained mainly in midrange and 10 kw peak.
