What about if you're cruising on the highway, and some punk kid thinks he is the man, and throws himself at your car while your travelling at 100km/h with the intention of causing damage to it. Can you sue him or whats left of him ? Or sue his family -

What kind of insurance would i need if a pedestrian were to run into my moving car and it was his fault running under my car and my car suffers damages. Can you sue the pedestrian ? But ill guess ill just go with third party and hope i dont cause any accidents or some bum doesnt brick my car, and if they do ill slap them down. -

Lol im talking about TPP. I was saying since if you crash into someone else your TPP covers them like you said, but if they crash into your their TPP should cover you as well, but seems like your saying that they wouldnt cover me. Maybe im also not an honest person ? Nah im kidding. O and its damage to property like hooses and shit "Liability cover If you cause an accident that damages someone else's property, such as their car, building or fence, we'll pay up to $20 million (including GST) for the damage caused by your car, and we'll cover the legal costs involved." So means if someone else damages my car with their car and they have this 3rd party they should cover me yes no ? But the uninsured motorist damage is only max 3k lol. -

Haha my life is wake up 8AM then school then gym then work and come home at 11:30PM and i work on weekends also so no time to spend money with mates. Except holidays. Seems like everyone regrets buying their car lol. Im worried now whether i should buy the car cause ill have lots of money but nothing to spend it on and ill become a boring person and then end up spending money too wisely rest of my life by buying crappy 1 litre cars. -

No but the other car that hit you will cover you with their insurance and i read that if the car that hit you wasn't insured the company of insurance can pay up to 20million dollars in damages to your car (from NRMA site) i think they sue they other driver. -

Fcking shit bags that egg and brick cars or key them. I read that 3rd party property should cover you if its their fault like if they ram into the back of your car. So wouldnt it be the same as in a carpark where if they back into your car its their fault ? O unless they run away ! That would suck. And as for the roos i hope the cull disintegrates them all. And i hear there is also problems with comprehensive like they will try to not cover you, or only cover part of it and having to pay the excessess and premiums etc. -

I catch a frickin bus and it smells. 1.5hours + to get home from work and thats only ~19km away but using just as a weekend car is good since i work on sat and sun and the buses is shit and gotta cut my hours down. Auto's are nice though I heard just get a 2nd stage shift kit on the tiptronic r34 and its all good to go but a manual is harder to find. I calculated that 3rd party + rego (the human damaging 3rd party) is like 600$ and 3rd party property damage is an extra 480$~ per year. Not too bad. Just 3 weeks of work. Fuel is a bitch so if i drive ~40km a day 7 days a week (usually never peak hour) it will be like 280km a week and i hope to drive like a grandma apart from the occasional road rage that happens. And would it be possible to get those rims in second hand cause they looks heap sweet. Bye -

Yeah ill get a GTT. And dammit stop making me not get a skyline or ill be driving a starlet or a 3cylinder for 5 years. And if i did get the GTT the mods i would get would be 18-19" rims i wonder how much these cost -> thats evo cams car i found in the photo section. and ofcourse some awesome soundsystem with a few speakers, subs, amp and thats probably the furthest ill go o and exhaust. Then maybe extractors, bigger front pipes hmm maybe podfilter and boost controller a ECU, pro tires etc. But nah ill stop at the exhaust. And currently my cash is in a high interest account and last month i got 38$ from interest for nothing, kinda good. If i have 18k in there it would be ~100$ a month from nothing, and if i keep working ill have 40k before i finnish uni then can move out . But if i get a car that will be like 5k at the end but would be worth it. -

Yeah by the looks of things and what ive heard the manuals are usually more expensive, more K's and usually been more thrashed. And nothing better than using the tiptronic and sticking a stage 2 shift kit for harder and faster shifts on it because i think the tiptronics dont instantly change gears they think before the right time comes and switch then which can be a few seconds. Manual would be nice though so im learning manual for my P's now so just in case the time to buy one comes if a nice manual is available i can go for it, but is it 1 year before they give you choice of removing the auto restriction from your p plates. -

JewJitsu replied to JewJitsu's topic in Australian Capital Territory
Hmm sweet! Australian Capital Territory The ACT imposes no restrictions on the type of car that may be driven by a P plater -- P platers can even participate in an optional Road Ready provisional licence "P off" course that allows proven responsible drivers to remove P plates within six months of gaining a licence. Guess ill be getting that GTT after all. Btw how much extra fuel would the turbo car eat compared to N/A say if you are driving like a normal granny and not hitting too much revs / throttle. -
How Hard Is It To Drive A Skyline?
JewJitsu replied to blah_blah's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
Just grab a r34 with tiptronic and stick a stage2 shift kit on it and youl be fine. Im also an auto license and now learning manual and for now i do prefer the auto more maybe because i hate downshifting. -
This is best show! Except the "junk" they bring in i doubt is real junk since for every episode they always get specific parts in there, so the show places those parts before each episode to make things fair and easier. I miss how in the first episodes none of the engines and batteries could barely work and took ages to get started now it seems they all run fine.

Strong hypocrite. Where in my post did i mention anything about the world agreeing with me, its my opinion. Don't get mad because she is your friend.
