  1. I'm shopping for a GT-R. I've been quoted $182k drive away from the dealer at Nissan Dealership in Brisbane. It's just so hard to justify this price when my buddy in Las Vegas bought his for $US90k ($AU98k) at the Nissan Dealer there. Seriously. I know we we have luxury car tax here and GST, but I feel like I'm getting raped in my bottom by paying an extra $80k.

Would I be an idiot to buy a 2010 model ADM for $182k?

Does anyone know how to import a JDM?

This site imports the GTR - how about this? http://www.prestigemotorsport.com.au/modul...hp?StockID=4856

White R35 for $108k imported minus customs.

  2. Car sales was no better, dicks asking for best price WITHOUT seeing the car, I dont respond to that, come look if your local, understandable if your not.

But haggling on a phone or computer is poor taste

To those 4 guys that left messages, I rang and no one answered lol, I guess everyones out clubbing

Lol. That's because the dreamers are hoping you'll come back with - 'OK mate I'll do it for $30k just for you cos your a top bloke'. Funny thing is, they still coulnd't buy at that price.

    GL with the trade.

  3. On Monday morning the car will be traded.

    Anyone interested has till Sunday.

Sick of internet selling. I wish I had done this sooner.

It's a waste of time advertising cars above $30k in this forum. It's mostly full of dreamers with no $$$. Best put on carsales or do a trade.

If you get some serious interest by Sunday I'll apologise but it isn't going to happen.

And good on you for helping your friend out.

  4. Hey guys sorry for the late reply , I ve only just noticed this post (Spam_J on my mates user name)

    In answer to your questions

    1. The car still runs standard turbos but at less than 1 bar to keep it nice and safe , it was set up on a safe tune on the dyno at mercury motorsport in brisbane since mapping the boost controller / ecu have remained untouched.

    2. oil has been changed every 5000k's by the previous owner , when i bought it it was due a change so i changed it and i will change it again when needed.

Selling due to lack of use , i run my own business from home and probably use the GTR once every couple of days for small local journeys. When i bought the car i had big plans for making it into something really special hence the long search for a base car in good condition. but my business is expanding and priorities are changing the more money i can invest in my business the more money i will hopefully have to build a real monster in a couple of years.

I hope that answers your questions , like i said its not a desperate sale i am just exploring the oppotunity for free up some capital for investment in my business.

Hope to hear from some of you soon, it really is a lovely car and im sure will sell to the first serious viewer

Hi just wondering why the different reasons for the sale? On boost cruising you say it's because you want to travel, but here because you want to invest in your business?

    Love the rims.

  5. OK I'm in the market for a R34 GT-R. Prices aren't too bad atm around $40-50k for a standard/VSPEC or $60 for VSPEC II. Nurs seem to go around $90k. GTR will be out shortly and it will be a while before there is a used GTR car market (at least another 1 year?). Just wonder what the prices of R34s will drop to once you can pick up a R35 for say $100K? If you can pick up a R35 for around $100k why would anyone go for a Nur at around $80k? If Nur goes for $60k that will put more downward pressure on R34s?

We bought a townhouse in Canberra and now I have to sell the MPS or downgrade. The MPS is the top of the line turbocharged Mazda 3. This is the sports pack version which comes with 7 speaker bose stereo, semi-leather interior and HID lights. This car is under warranty to September 2009. Also comes with a brand new set of Potenza 050s ($400 a pop) and a car bra. Also interested in trades for a white R32 GTR plus cash my way. And small auto Yaris/Jazz +cash.

    Thank you.
