i agree with you matthew, i was prob one of the random non sau members last night and only decided to come because somewhere on this thread it mentioned anyone is allowed as long as they behave. im just as a car enthusiest like you boys and just wanted to drop by and meet/talk to some people, thats what meetups between enthusiests is all about. imo the bigger the turnout the better it is, yeah keeping it safe and knowing whose attending is a hard thing to controll. with us at melbs15, they sell melbs15.com stickers for $20 for members, so anytime we gather for a meet whether newb or not, as long as they have that sticker every1 knows their there for the meetup and nothing stupid

yea keep it private otherwise its like an open house party lol. but yea you could see a group of imports all the way from wellington rd. dont think you guys should organise another meetup at that location, go somewhere sacrid

totally agree with your view about thugs and crimes in melbourne matt....hrrmm, all we need is a better idea when approaching meetups like this to prevent what happend. the boys at ns.com have weekly meetups at monash too, it gets organised by one person with pm's sent to members, i dont think they have had police show up in the past 2 years, just campus security

^^ thats some f**k up shit! i also saw 2 cops on the way home booking cars, both on stud rd! there everywhere tonight! naga: lol yea i got to the lights too, and saw a cop leaving at about 8:45 and i was like..here we go...any way i went in carefully with my silvia (with front pipe 7cm off the ground ), 2 cops parked at the end of the carpark just keeping an eye...good mix of people, even saw one of my old mates from highschool which was good. good turnout, went all well untill gtr pulled up, i think it was femm, cops instantly parked right up poor guys arse and the defect was on...i even felt bad 30mins later, people began to bail. anyone who got there early, how did the police show up?? i go to monash clayton and campus security are fags! i bet they rang the popo
