I ripped out the space saver and did the lower portion of the boot. Put it all back together again and not that impressed. With the bass on low (still pretty loud in the car), it sounds great, no rattles. Once i start pumping my subs, forget it, rattles alot in the lower portion, don't think theres much u can do about it. Think thats pretty much as good as u can get the 32s. Any1 with a soundproofed 32, shout out ure opinions. playing with the doors now, yeh theres a good difference.

The brown bread i user is quiet decent. Sold thud with evetrthing now. The only shit thing about it, is its tar based. You have to heat it up to get the best application, and when u do, the alu sheet moves abit, leaving black tar spots, hence why i did a clean sheet for the final. Came up so so.

Injection perfection (bankstown airport) seem to have a good rep. They quoted me $33 an injector, being cleaned in a bath, and then thru 1 of the pulsing machines. $33 seems abit steep? Another place at lidcombe (search thru posts abotu cleaning) said $22 an injector. Let me know how it goes. Im looking to do the same, though just waiting til i decide if im going to clean these, or replace with higher feed unit.

Though i'd post an update Ive been able to get the brown bread sound deadening material cheaply thru a mate that runs a audio shop (lifestyle parra). So far ive done 1 door (3/4 gotta do another clean layer) and much of the boot lid. With 2 subs up loud, the boot sounds 100x better, none of this tinny rattling shit, though theres abit to go which should finish off the rest. In the boot, u can see holes, ive patched these holes with BB, another layer on top, then another, and im about to do 1 clean layer (clean as in shinny alu without tar all ova it). In terms of the door, didnt make *that* much of a diff, i think our doors are pretty solid as it is. Im going to add another layer and see if it helps. If uve got nothing better to do, its worthwhile This is a 'another sketchy post' so if u have questions ask away

My taxi friend has 1 more week b4 his summons expires... Hes done nothing the past 3 weeks, and id expect he'll make a claim by the end of the week to avoid the 10k im sueing him for I hate all taxis, this guy has dragged it on since feb. I take every chance to abuse taxis to the fullest when they do something wrong these days.

Some of u may have seen this around, pretty nice looking, sorry, was pretty nice looking. Its u t t e r l y dead. Heading citybound, Hume hyw, Go past enfield, come to an intersection with 7-11, go past the speed cam on the opposite side and here you will find the crash site. We got there 20/30 sec after it happened, when they had just got out. It would seem the driver was (est xxx/xxx, unles he had to dodge something, just an guess), drifted out of the rather slight bend, up the gutter, taken out his engine bay with a brick fence, and then collected a pole with his rear drivers side 1/4. His axel was basicaly 45c, rear 1/4 so far in it wasn't funny, boot gone, all glass out, *all* pannels fully ****ed, this includes the roof being bent fully out. Such a nice looking car, gone...He took the pole down, wires came down onto a tax and seems to have ripped off his taxi sign (die mofo taxi drivers die!), he was out going crazy, seemed as though he was , playing with the wires, falling ova etc etc...luckly he isn't dead from simply lifting the wires. Every1 seemed to be ok, amazingly lucky they didn't collect the pole full on. 4/5 minutes and plenty of ambos/firefighters and hwy patrol and D's were on the scene. As mentioned, was originally a nice pearl white, widebody r33 gtr.

Is this the black flip lid thing? or gauges? or...? -
Considering the option of either an s-afc or a remapped ecu at the moment. The pfc is also in the air if its going to come in cheaply. I'd rather run a full comp, though as im going to sell my car, i'd be wasting more of my money. What I want to know, is what are the differences between remapping the ecu (r32) vs installing a Super AFC II. The remap u can do fuel and boost (got a boost controler already), rev/speed limit. What else can u do? duty cycle? ign timing? Which would you do? and yes the afc does look cool

Ill be selling mine when i sell my car. The guy buying ure car is a tool for not buying it -
Hmm shit... alright...because ive been getting round 230k per tank since having it put in...though i also had the timing put down at the same time due to pinging (thought the old pump was on the way out), so i thought that was the main cause of power loss... So, can we adjust the pressure without a regulator? I was looking to get 1 of those r32 chips in the 'for sale' section, which is ment to have new fuel maps...will this also help?
-
Joel - u lost that much power by just changing the pump to a more powerful 1???? Clint - the answer is to get a rising rate fuel reg?
-
lol clint no shit, same thing Can some1 explain the pressure/richness by replacing the stock with a 044
-
Im with client, my 044 in my 32 went in no worries at all, under an hour as well...I could do it after seeing it done in say 30...Just make sure when u get it done, u only have say 1/4 tank etc. With my 044, i only notice the noise when its a *hot* day, apart from that, i get this shit circulating noise every say 30sec/min, sometimes it doesn't happen for 10min, but it sounds ghey In regards to needing a tune, is this likely? How do u 'dial in a new pressure'
-
Yeh im interested in this...how well does it fit into ure 32? Do u have a link to the exact shield it is from uas?
-
Anyone has had any success fighting red light Infringemet?

From my experiences, when cops say "in the mail", it means "im trying to be hard and start u up"...Ive never heard of any1 having heard that, then receiving something in the mail, though don't rely on that -
if u loose all ure points, u get suspended, do u then start with all of them back? or do u get put back on 0 or ? In relation to ure question, i think its ok so long as the fine hasn't been outstanding for "too long". If u havnt paid the fine in say 3 months, nor elected to goto court, they won't let u, same with car rego etc. If u elect to goto court, upgrade, then cancel, i think u should be ok.
