Funny enough i have managed to do the same thing to my baby tonight Was going a little 2 fast, cruised over a hill, to see that it ended in red lights and a hard corner. Needles to say i had to slam the brakes and do my best, ended up going up the gutter and doing the same sort of damage AFAIK, the lower arm has snapped off, and something near the suspension looks rather loose. How much did the repairs cost for you? Any1 know respectable places in syd? I also want my car on the road asap, how long did ures take?

I did want to get this alarm put into my car, but after speaking to the installer, i changed my mind. Incaroption seem dodgey IMO, and the boomerang has only 1 imobileiser? I ended up getting my brant yesterday for the same price, feel much more relaxed.

Ah thanks. Id prefer to keep the door rather than get a 2nd hand 1. First quote i got was 1500 for the door to be repaired and a respray. Getting mates rates at another place, and they said should be round 900, so better than 1500, and since its my mates fault they cover it anyway.

Had a new clutch fitted today, and ive noticed that when reving the engine round 6.5/7k, it seems to be vibrating much more than it did before, should i expect this? Also any1 know how long it takes to wear in the clutch? So much for 1250 at CAS, i got ripped Also, when putting it into 4th, at under 2.5k revs, it goes fine. Anything higher, and i get a nice crunch sound...any takers?

Yeh i saw a few doors at around 200 each, just not sure of their condition. See my car was in 100% condition b4 this, and i mean all over, in and out. I don't want a new door, as its 'not the same' as such. I'd prefer to have what i have, repaired, but i don't like the odds as some of the metal (on the inside of the door, when it connects to the car) is abit crushed. Im not paying for it, as wasn't my fault, though i just want a propper job done on it. The door getting sprayed, 500-1000?

2 mates managed to damage my passanger door not even 24h after having my car. My car was stopped, handbrake up, mate went to get out, and the my other mate is his car figured he could sqeeze through on my left hand. Needles to say, when my door connects to the car (below the handle) is bent 45c for about 3/4 cm into the door. The metals are now pretty tight. Ill post pics as soon as i can, though by the sounds of it, does this seem like something pannel beaters can repair? or would it be easyer to get a new door (is it hard to find 1 in good condition?) and have it resprayed and dropped in. If so, any ideas on how much the respray costs for a door?

Ah i feel slightly more relaxed Ta for that. My car went to CAS (croyden auto sports) today. The clutch has totaly gone, and needed to be towed. I used the bloke they refered me to, the car was picked up at 9am, and CAS said they got it round 12-1. I can't think of any reason why it would take so long, so im thinking wtf was happening to my car. Any1 have views on these guys? Everything id read so far, said they were good, hence taking it there.

Hey, I got my r32 gtst on sat, in very good condition. Its all stock apart from a 3" exhaust from the engine. Theres a 2 stage boost controller in place, which is set to 7 and 14 psi. Ive pushed it hard on 14psi and its run totaly fine. Its got the standard toy IC and 1 of the stock plumback BOVs, the wheather has been on the cooler side while thrashing it. Is it safe to run the turbo at this level? From what ive read from you guys im thinking no?
