Alright...added perm ban. He had sent only 40 pms...which is not too bad Anymore problems come up let me know and ill wipe the netblock out.

I checked this when it was mentioned and the user was banned already...what username have the most recent pms come from? If its from the same source as the first, i'll just firewall that netblock.

Just though i'd post the "new posts" stats for this month. You can see that mostly everything was going along rather well...until around the 27th. We've tweaked the server slightly to handle 2x the load, and its doing rather ok. Theres a few more options to go, which should be implemented next weekend which will speed things up a great deal. The main bottle neck, is that the server has an ide disk. As you could imagine with the amount of traffic its been getting of late that all has to go into the forums database, this is why server load is rather high. Moving to a scsi raid isn't really an option just yet. 2.6 is now running. Have made a few other changes so all feedback is welcome

u all shut ure traps! Ive noticed things being slow, though at the same time, it seemed to be the optus int. pipes from what i could tell. The load on the box is not too bad, ive tweaked *almost* everything, but we'll be moving to 2.6 and apache 2 shortly, from which im expecting a nice increase.

Here i was thinking it was just me being paranoid when the car felt different after filling up different times during the week with optimax.... I since moved to BP ultimate...feels alot smoother/consistent. Won't be moving until bp fk theirs up

Ive had a few problems and AFAIK its a problem with VB. As a suggestion, copy your post before you post it so you can revert back if it doesn't work.

Changed the oil to mobile 1 10/30w. Also reduced the price down to 18k.
