  1. Ok, so I've narrowed it down to the black and green wire in the engine bay harness, but where on the tranny do these connect to?
  2. Ok, I think I may be trying to hook up the wires from the engine bay harness to the wrong sensor on the tranny. I read in another thread that the reverse sensor is the one closest to the bell housing.
  3. So what wires need to be connected to get the reverse lights to work??? Would this be the same on an R33 GTST Series 1??? I'm still trying to figure out how to wire mine
  4. Wow, so no one out there has done a manual transmission swap into an ECR33?? I tried wiring the two wires from the tranny reverse switch to the green and black wires on the harness....still no good.
  5. I have a series 1 R33 GTS-T and did a manual transmission conversion. Everything came out great, been driving around for months now, but I'm still trying to figure out how to wire up the reverse lights. I've searched all the forums and threads but couldn't find a solution to my problem so now I'm starting another thread. I've narrowed down where I think I should be connecting wires. From what I've read, the first harness/set of wires is the reverse switch and both wires are the same: As far as the engine bay harnesses, I think I've narrowed it down to the gray harness and the green and black wires. The black wire has current when the ignition is on and the green wire has something to do with the reverse lights. Here's what I did and found out. I connected one wire of the reverse switch to the black wire; nothing happens. Connected the tranny switch/same wire to green wire; nothing happens. If I connect the green and black wire and the reverse switch wire from the tranny, the lights come on and beeping sounds....but...when I put it back in neutral, the lights and beeping stay on. So now I'm trying to figure out how I'm supposed to wire it. One thing I haven't tried yet is connecting the green wire to one side of the tranny reverse switch and the black wire to the other side of the switch. Anyone else have any input or know how to wire a Series 1 ECR33 reverse light up?
  6. Yeah I just noticed that too. I'll have to go check it out today. I'll take some pics from underneath because I have to rewire my reverse lights in today (auto/manual conversion).
  7. Here's a quick shot of what my Trust dual pipe exhaust looks like...
  8. I've got a Trust dual pipe cat-back exhaust that I haven't seen on any other R33 yet. Pretty sure they don't make 'em anymore either. I'm at work right now so don't have access to pics.
