for undoing the crank pulley put a power bar on it and jam it under the chassis rail and flick the starter motor
and use a crows foot puller with 2 10mm bolts into the pulley to get it off
cas is very tight fit in alloy bracket . maybe slightly corrioded. give it some spray then lever it out gently or tap it round to "adjust " it / itll come out
sounds to me like its a big air lock at the top of the drivers side end tank . what year is your car ? does it have a header tank and a line from the top of the drivers side end tank back to the header tank ?
you replaced the radiator . does it have this line ?
what you do is take the little hose (if it has one) or the main radiator hose off the drivers side end tank and get a mate with a rag tied round the hose to jam it in the rad cap and not stop untill yuou have a solid stream of water coming out . do it with the front of the car a shigh as you can get (ramps or a driveway ) and make sure the heater is on full hot
maybe reset the sels learn in the ecu . or plug in someones laptop to it and turn off spark to each cylinder and seeif you can locate it to one cylinder.
or check o2 sensor readings
yeah theres really npthing that can go wrong with the ballancer unless they used the wrong puller and snapped bits off it or dropped it . they will have to replace it
i have a m80g . its mint as . had it for 2 years and both remotes work from 20+m . only thing is the twat that wired it hasnt wired the boot to anything . can arm and disarm it with boot open . and i cant get it to go to silent mode . as in nop bleep bleep when you arm and disarm . just want it to flash indicators
take your afm off and hose clamp a pineapple can in it (or what ever fits ) and pull a vacuum line off something and pump entire intake system up to see if anything is leaking . can monitor pressure on boost gauge
it would still be illegal .
use your f**king brain .
