  4. Hai! I'm keen. I'll check out what bumpers they offer tomorrow morning.
  5. wowowow....I'm bailing out of the m35 look. Looks nice and classy from the front but the side looks like a BA Falcon now that I look at it..... Yeah nismo style can only get in U.S. and no way that's going to happen...
  6. Please post pictures!!!! I do like the M35 front as well. As for the carmate link, it says V37 and no other option. I'll give them a ring later and see what happens. Any other interesting findings?
  7. Lads, Scrolled back a lot of post regarding bodykits for V35 sedans didn't give me a solution as most of the links given are from the U.S. I got a quote from strafespeed for a nismo style front bumper for my 2004 and he wanted $1100 USD for shipping which is insane despite that the front bumper is only $275. So here it goes, anybody know where they can get front bumper (i.e Nismo) for the 1st gen sedans? Please help a brother out! P.S. Found one from eastern states "bodykitskingdom.com.au" but they only have one option and it looks hideous.

  9. Chris, please pm me the available options and prices please. I am pretty dettered from fixing it and prefer tO upgrade.
  10. Hi all, Car: 2004 V35 Sedan Audio: Non Bose with Nav Head unit: The one with flappy door when you load a cd Reason: Sound drops to one side (L or R) when I brake/accelerate (suspected dry solder joint in board) and my beatsonic ipod av cable is also failing so it is irritating me After doing lots of research, I want to clarify one method that nobody ever mention in doing ddin conversion. If i go to g35driver, everybody will direct me to either buy a metra kit or some other more expensive kits. Knowing that the most expensive part of the kit is the A/C control, peeps kept referring to JDM a/c control (separate to audio finisher), since you require to swap out the a/c control as it is a part of the whole finisher board assembly (US spec AFAIK). BUT 99% of V35's in Australia are JDM imports does that mean that our A/C control board is completely separate to the finisher board?? Remove the audio finisher without effecting a/c control?? My aim is to remove the current facia and get a pro to cut a double din size rectangular hole over so I can fit a 7" screen and also to save some money. Is this possible? I guess if it's worth a shot it's worth to diy-it.

  12. EVERYBODY WRONG! it's air de-ionizer (such as plasma in your home aircond). Japanese hype thing.
  13. I rate and rock BC BR Series on my V35. One the hardest setting is it still comfortable for daily drive, I reckon it is still too soft compared to my Silk roads on the R32. I'm on stanced/flush/offset, hardest setting and tires still srubs front fender on hard cornering. Rear shocks and springs are separated just like oem setup. Took 3 hours to install myself on dark and tight working area including height adjustment.

  15. Oh no, not again with the ebay stuff! Why not try powerchip as Wayne Besanko will be happy to help you with his degree in commerce. The only way to gain power is sticking to basics i.e. More head flow, more exhaust flow, F.I , Nitrous, advance timing/tune etc etc so stay away from ebay's 'performance chip' 'electric supercharger' etc as they are gimmicks. Another thing you can try is sprint booster, it will NOT increase your hp/TQ but it increases your throttle response by modifying the drive by wire signals. Also regarding with grounding kits, is it really required to have them on a fairly late model car? pretty sure grounding haven't deteriorated within few years.

  17. It usually begins with checking your oil level, surely the surge can't be that heavy esp for non track car.
