  1. i know which clutch place your talking about.. simply from the red colour they spray stuff and the spacer they want to put between the pressure plate and the plates. don't take it there, i've used rebuilt os clutches from them, and there nothing but a piece of rubbish, if your gonna take it anywhere, take it to jim berry, atleast he'll do a good job that will last.
  2. you'll need: 32 engine mounts 32 radiator modified wiring possibly tailshaft, 33 one might bolt up, a/c p/s you'll be able to bolt on r32 gear to your 25
  3. forgies, preped standard rods, metal headgasket, good set of bearings, oil restricitor, freshened up head (new seals etc) set of hks gt-ss turbos.
  4. what a tosser, you can clearly see its f**ked from those photo's. gave himself a bad name, all over $300. pffftt send jun an email, they are really helpful, maybe they could sell you a new drive?
  5. pic of the engine?

post is a lil old champ...
  8. bell garage told him, and convieniently had a set of spitfires in stock. lol
  9. i'm after a good nick rb25 dipstick. lemme know whatchu got and how much. am in brisbane, interstate is ok.
  10. series 3 then, you know what i mean, as if there's any significant diff between 1 and 2 anyway, i refer to the later model as a series 2, sorry for any inconvienience / tears i may have caused
  11. looking for a good quality metal polisher in brisbane, preferably southside, but will travel if the work is quality and price is right. got a few plenums of various cars and lots of stainless intercooler piping to be done. i have a guy i normally use, cheap, but couldn't give a rats what the finished product looks like.
  12. like it says, i'm after a defi 60mm white face oil pressure gauge. must have all wiring +sensor, new would be nice, but i know they are discontinued, if used, then face must be in excellent condtition. lemme know whatchu got.
  13. pm sent regarding defi and plenum
  14. leme know what you got in the way of aftermarket plenum's to suit a rb25. prefer in bris, but eh,
  15. eeerrrr, perhaps actually being able to see it front/rear on, not just side. have a look at the engine bay.. everyone that went down with us kinda thought, seeing as nissan australia are sending out emails to go down and you'll be able to check out the car for yourself before you register interest/deposit/whatever, you kind of assume that you'll atleast be able to have a decent look, but instead, a waste of 3 hours driving, and money spent on over-priced city parking to see a car behind glass glass. atleast in japan we got to breath on the thing, and we got more answers to our questions even though we don't speak japanese. nissan are treating it like its the only solid gold gtr in the world, get over it.
  16. the sad part is, they can't even tell you what colours it comes in... i can't understand why its gonna be so f**kin expensive over here.. its 7.5 million yen there, call it 80 grand.. how the hell does sticking it on a boat, taxes and make it meet adr standards cost another 80 grand? i think nissan oz are being greedy, if nissan japan can sell it to anyone for 7.5million, i'm sure nissan oz would be getting a much cheaper price. collin buckley, your a clown, i hope grey importers flood the market with 35's
  17. i went down to queen st to have a look to.. and might i add that nissan australia are a bunch of f**kin retarded monkeys... why the f**k do you put a car there in a container with the sides cut out of it and have glass there so you can't even see it properly! perhaps they should of had someone there that actually knew something about the car too.. not a couple of skanks saying "eeerrr.. i dunno, want a poster?" if nissan are actually serious about bringing the thing here, and selling it, maybe they should stop worrying about importers, and start doing some proper advertising.. ffs... great car, but very disapointed in the setup and organisation of the display, makes me want to get an import just to piss em off.
  18. that's a shame.. i sold it just before it got tuned/.. iiiif the other guy had it tuned.. i never really got to drive it either, would love to feel what it goes like now ... 170kw @ wheels is a good effort for low boost to... i'd love to buy this back, i only sold it so i had deposit for our house. i just bought another car dammit. i sold it with about 135000k's on it almost 2 years ago.. hasn't been driven much at all.
  19. pic of build up.. more if you want?
  20. yeh, i'm the guy from bris.. its also got eagle billet rods in the motor. and the fuel rail is a stock hyundai sonata that's been hpc coated. passenger seat is actually from a proton satria gti.... i've got some better photos on my other computer, every nut and bolt looks exactly the same as when i had it... body was pretty ordinary when i had it, but i know he had it painted up. i spent well over 25k on that car plus whatever the next owners put into it, so whoever buys this will be very happy
  21. hey that's my old car! i built that thing from scratch... good to see its still getting around and looking pretty. are you the guy i sold it to? did you buy it from bris? good luck with the sale.. what power did it end up making?
  22. i'd love to see that thing make 600hp @ wheels. lol. nice
  23. unfortunetly no, i haven't driven one, but i was in japan for the release. just hearing the car change gears sounds slow, perhaps it wasn't in r-mode? a vw golf gti with a dsg box changes in 8milliseconds according to a few sites, which seems a little too keen, i never said there shit, or that the car is shit, they could have done better. i imagine most of the aftermarket company's will be able to alter the program, and change the gear change timing, etc, as many other company's do for the euro's. yes i know its not a f**kin auto, but its more a auto then a manual. getting back on topic, 11.6 is bloody fast for a stock factory car.
