Prolly the best tool for the job, a hairdryer would take far too long. You must remember though that if it's distorted due to heat, the material has been streched and therefor will not go back into the shape held previously.

Well if it's distorted by heat, then you don't have too many options. You could take a chance of heating it up again, then holding it back in the position you want it until it cools. This however may just make it worse.

Sounds ok ..... But theres alot more you can do with 5 k that will actually do something Unless your painting it red in which case you can of course expect a faster vehicle after respray ... everyone knows red goes faster !

I think sponsership will be non-intrusive. eg. Banner Ads, Adverts in the Newsletter, Decals on slected members vehicles ? I don't believe it will be something that's forced apon the members.

You can get a good cut and polish for $200 - $300 .... Other than that I'm not too sure, I try to leave it to the profesionals

A good cut&polish will take care of minor scratches. Make sure you get the job done by a good detailer who'll wash,cut&polish,wash,wash .... your car will look like new !

Just take the globe out. Do this by opening your bonnet, here you'll find wiring leading to behind where the headlights are mounted, pull out the plugs and hopefully you'll find a globe on the end. Then just check the filament.

Obviously we're talking about if the aftermarket BOV in use is atmo venting ? They're defectable due to noise so it's not whether they see it, but moreso hear it that is the issue ..

My car since ariving has only been washed once, and due to Sydney air it gets dirty just sitting in the garage. It has quite alot of fine scratches and a few more prominent due to what seems to be the previous owners cleaning attempts (large swirls). I'd love to bring it up to look like your car but wouldn't even know where to start. How much would you want for a full wash, cut/polish, wash and wax ? Do you also know much about detailing engine bays eg Plumbing ?

Mines just stuck on with some silicon. I remember when I picked my car up from the compliancer he had forgotten to do it, so he quickly ripped off the old mirror, got another one, stuck some silicon on it and bobs your uncle. A mirror that meets ADR's on in under 2 mins .....

Haha, well I figure I gotta wear one every day, so should everyone else !!! I think more like the backstage pass look at a concert though Ryan, I'm gonna whip together some idea's this weekend when I have some time just to show off One idea is that we could have different colours used within the cards dependant on the members ride colour or differing transparancies of car models dependant on the model of ride the member owns. Just an idea course .... It willa ll make sence once I put some drafts together.
