It may be worthwhile putting up a copy of the letter you sent. I know a lot of people who stay quiet about their concerns due to the fact half of them don't know how to put it on paper, whether it be due to lack of formal writing skills or just being illiterates. If you give people an idea of what you've written they may be able to edit it to suit their circumstances and start the letters rolling in. Obviously any private material would be removed, just an idea though ....

That would be great ! It amuses me to no end how it seems that not even the people who make and are supposed to police these rules know exactly what they are or how tests are to be carried out. For instance and exhaust dB test I have heard conducted in so many differing ways it's not funny. Even the POD sound test you list would not be in my view a correct way to conduct such a test, as much more than merely induction noice would be picked up. Oh well
