Really ? I got told that under the rocker covers ... are the rockers :? and if you take the covers off you get oil and shit and stuff spirting everywhere :!: Then again, what the f**k would I know .... With the middle part, I'd say just sand it down like your polishing it, then for painting first apply a plastic primer, then your standard car spray paint would do the job, followed by many coats of clear to bring it up nicely. Obviously you'd mask the areas you want eg you may with the wording to be a different color. I think seeing as my car is silver, I'll polish the pipes, cam covers and xaust. Also with that middle bit I might sand it down and do it in black and silver writing, that way to allow for a contrast.
