think about where the bloody pipe go's, if you by a normal kit, that you have to cut near your battery try, its exactly the same leangth. omg, how can people be so dumb. the only difference would be if you had a forward facing plenum. instead with the stealth, the intercooler pipe runs along the bottom rather than along the top near your rad. also boost will spike a bit when you install a front mount, thats what i have found anyways. best bet is to get an ebc.

yep i checked the pressure plate hight, i havnt checked free play in the thrust fork, do you mean as it is now or when i put the new bearing in? cause i took my time and got it all right when putting in the new bearing. if you mean check for freeplay now, i'll check tthat soon as im home, if there is what should i do?

well i got in there, took out the pin and tryed to spin the bracket on the rod but it wouldnt spin by itseld, it kept turning the whole rod. when i clamped the rod with vice grips ot still wouldnt budge. i could prolly get another 5-10mm if it would bloody move. Anywho, i screwed in the sensor thing so it pushed the clutch pedal down a bit so there wasnt as much free play. i might get sombody to have a look at it.

Both my 180 and R33 do it. i think it's quite normal

I know this should be in the driveline section but nobody answeres questions in there and i need the car going. I just changed the clutch in my R33 series 2, with an exedy heavy duty. I wanted to check the pedal feel before i put all the bellhousing bolts bank on, so i have 4 bolts on. I pressed the clutch in and it has about 2inch slop then it feels like a normal heavy duty. any ideas how to get rid of the slop, i havent taken off any clutch lines, all i did was unbolt the slave cylinder, which is now bolted back on. thanks for any help.
