Wow, just wow! Gibson GTRs were an absolute life highlight today. Good still that they get driven hard still unlike many other historic race cars. Also RH9 is a joke at how easy it does it. Anyone know of times? Heard Heslo was running in the 1'24 mark.

I've got 18x9.5+12 with 245/45 and they only scrub at full lock when the road has camber to it. I think I'm about 340mm on the front too. I could easily go 255/35 and not scrub I think

My opinion is there are only two turbos you should be looking at 3076 for a fairly responsive 300+rwkw or 3071 for a bullshit responsive 270rwkw.

Only been pulled over in the GTR once and that was 2 days after I bought it and it was registered to a retired man living in Ingle Farm and me being 20 driving around Peterhead the cop got suspicious. Also the people saying "Its all about attitude" are wrong, I was defected in my old car and when the cop pulled me over he hadn't even said a word to me and he has a defect notice ready. Hadn't done anything wrong and was driving home from WestLakes with the girlfriend. He defected me for wheels (that were in track) and having stretched tires. Which are wheel defects and should only be a cop shop but he sent me to Regency anyways. Also told me he was giving me a break because I wasn't getting a fine.

yeah the 9s are what I really want. Got to wait till after November for them apparently according to MTQ. That will give me time to sort out a clutch and dumps and what ecu I want to run at the end of the day.

I need help. I was sold on the gt-ss/-9 until I got some priced up at $2,900 with actuators. Now I can get the -5 for $2,500. Car is a daily driven 120,000km 32R running 9psi with front pipe,catback and pods. I've bought cam gears, 040 and eboost street to go in with the turbos. Now. The car will be driven to and from work everyday and might see the track on the off chance at Mallala. Car won't be boosted (probably 14psi) but will have a high boost setting for some fun when I need it. Goal is to hopefully crack the 300 mark on higher boost but still make 260ish for the daily duties. Should I spend the extra and go with the responsive turbo or save money and go for one than has some in reserve for when/if I want more and spend the money left over trying to bring the lag down? Could I get the -5s to be as responsive as the -9?

Well I'll be buying them from MTQ here in Adelaide. Guess I'll just ask for Garrett GT2560 -9 /707160 - 9 then push the point that I want the HKS GT-SS equivalants for my GT-R. Hopefully they order the right ones.
