On the Mines Website, they claim 630PS from the R33 GTR using GT2530. 1/4 mile time of 10.6! whats the chances of that?

Trent, You mentioned the tuning will be at D1 Garage using dynojet from Willall Racing. Will Signal be tuning Keirs Drag GTR too? Wonder what they would redo on the current tuning by Mike. I know Mike would love to see what changes if any they would do a map... With mike, im sure there isnt much changes to be made.

Why would O2 Sensors help? Dont they only trim fuel for cruise speed? Once WOT they dont do anything.. right?

:confused: I have no idea about tuning ecu's so im automaticly inclined to think that it must be pretty tricky.

The "black art" is making the maximum power available with the lowest boost setting whilst maintaining maximum realibility. The car should also feel responsive even with the high numbers. Ive seen cars with more power than others but doesnt feel anywhere as responsive. If there isnt, perhaps dyno tuning shouldnt be so expsensive. There must be experience involved with this... tuning cant just be a matter of knowing what numbers to read... On a separate note, Martin is it possible to duplicate the mixtures on a remapped R32 GTR ecu onto a Power FC? Or are the settings completely different? Completely happy with the 32 mixtures, just want the knock sensor warning from the FC.

Interesting facts.. So from all your past experience with japan tuners and tuning, would you say they are able to tune a modified car better than say Morpowa? Im talking the well know tuners, HKS, TOP SECRET etc.... high number with safe tuning etc etc....

Also, Fits R33/R32 GTR. Requires slight mod to fit R32. Alternatively, you can remove from the 33 casing and fit into a 32 casing. Straight fit. No mods required.

Martin, Would be an interesting article for HPI if someone here ie: Simon or yourself finalised a tune and then have the Signal guys retune it. Would end all the hype and queries.... Are the Japs really good at their stuff. They see modified cars like Ultra Tune see's commodores.... So my guess, yes...

98 Model Transmission has upgraded/redesigned synchro's and gear shafts. I do not know if it will fit a gts but i doubt it.
