  1. I would get them from Nissan Australia. Try Main North Nissan (Craig) at Spares or Unley Nissan. You might be supprised how easy it is but expensive. Sometimes cheaper than you might have expected too..
  2. Hi all, AVS Model 5 in Bronze (19x10 F/R) with almost new Brigestone tyres 275/30/19. They are off my R33 GTR as seen above. They were purchased brandnew when they were released for over $7,000. The rims are not the best in condition anymore due to the 30 sidewalls and my hard suspension. However, Ive been told this can be fixed at a wheel shop for about $80-$150 each include painting. Tyres are no longer the Yokohamas in the pic. They have new Bridgestones which I bought for about $800 each brand new and they have been driven maybe 50kms. Asking $4500 SA plus freight cost. PM me if interested.
  3. Haha.. True that. Btw, thanks Matt!
  4. Saw one a couple of months ago. Gone now. Will keep an eye out.
  5. TAU arent really reliable if you havent delt with them previously or if your orders are small. Yahoo Auction is probably your best bet for used. What exactly do u need? Pics??
  6. Still one annoying moron.... Anyway, lets get back on topic yeah? This is after all a car forum not days of our lives...

  9. This goes out to those who owns a car and goes for drives around Tokyo. What do you drive and where do you drive? Just curious to see who owns what and where you like driving to....
  10. I saw you too. Im still puzzled at the idea of a University in Akiba. I know of a Waseda cram school but not a University. There is also one in the building next to the station. But I didnt know it had actual students? hhmmm....
  11. didnt know there was a 'University' in Akihabara..
  12. Thanks for all the replies guys! Im not too concerned about the fine or the loss of licence. The fines in Adelaide are peanuts compared to Tokyo. So consider yourseves lucky guys!! Its the nuisance for my parents from the police visits that worries me. I think I can argue the charge because there was only 1 officer and he didnt keep a constant distance to calculate my speed. I believe this is what the law requires, but then again, no one ever knows with law right! Anyway, if anyone has a definate answer, please let me know! Whats up Nightcrawler! Hows the 34?
  13. Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone knows the technicality for serving a summons. Basicly, SAPOL is trying to charge me for speed dangerous driving. On the day the officer pulled me over, he wasnt able to pinpoint my speed. He claims that I was travelling at an excessive speed because he only caught up to me after driving at high speeds himself. He didnt give me a fine on the day but decided to summon me to court 2 weeks later. The problem was that I moved to Japan since then and it had been slightly over 2 years. They have been coming over to my parents home but unable to give me the summons. My question for those who know, is there a time limit for them to charge me and if not, what would happen if this continues? Thanks for reading and replying in advance.

And regarding the Evo you are going to buy, all I can say is, for your sake, I hope this time its not another one of your "dreams".. cos we (people who know you) all know youve have had plenty of those.. what was the last one Adam? Start off in .... Asakusa - Temple/Shrine (old Tokyo)... then 2 stations to Ueno - Ameyoko (street clothing stalls)/Park(boring)/Zoo(meh..) ...then 2 stations to Akihabara - Electronic District/weirdos/costumes... then 3/4 stations to Ginza - World Brand name District / Nissans 1 car show room... then 4/5 stations to Tokyo Bay - Tokyo Bay Super Autobacs (need I say more)... then a couple of lines and few stations to Odaiba - Amusement Centre and more!!/Fuji Television/Views of Tokyo Bay Bridge.. then few stations to Shibuya - Everything you want from a city here... Thats what Id recommend. The 1st 4 locations are Station Names as well as Location and they only require 1 line to get to. Also between stations its about 5-6 minutes including waiting time and cost about 130 yen. Hope the info helps.. Good luck.
  22. Price and pictures are on the first post. There is also a link to more pics there. Thanks.
  23. Well actually Ive got both for sale. My car is Aus is a 33 GTR and in Tokyo is the Z. Whether or not you buy mine, IMHO as someone who owns both, get the Z. At the end of the day, you are stepping up into a new car. The 33's shape. even a series 3 is nearly 13 years old. Something to consider. Good luck on your purchase.
