I think what made dn a popular game was that it was one of the first to have the kind of content it did. Dnf is just going off the same thing... That being said, it still Won't stop me from getting it though.

Just as I thought Div. A guy can't take that he is being beaten and so kicks up a fuss. A similar thing happened to me in MW2 when I shot a claymore and killed the guy, only to be harassed with him saying I was hacking and using "grenade" bullets.......... I think the worst players are the ones who you sh!t for using certain perks despite the fact that they have both stopping power and last chance equipped. And not only do they kill you during their last chance moment after they should have died, they then put you down when it should have been your win. If anything I just said makes sense.

Despite polyphony digital bringing out other gt games between gt4 and gt5, it still took too long. Look at mgs for instance. They brought out 3 games and mgs4 still came out on schedule mid 2008. Same goes for gow3; who started from scratch and after a team structure change also. Both games are awesome and it is VERY obvious that a lot of work went into them. Gt5 otoh isn't as obvious as one would think. Btw, I'm not bagging gt5, I like the game... I was just expecting a LOT more than a polished gt4 with some weather effects.

Fkn steam is forcing me to update and keeps freezing. I've tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling with the net turned off but for some reason, even with the internet off, is says updating... Been at it since 6:30!!!

It's become bullsh!t how I, the consumer, cannot do what I want with the product I buy. Apple makes us use the iPhone how they want to see fit and now Sony is doing the same thing... The quesiton is, should the consumer have the freedom to use a product ONLY for it's intended purpose or should they be able to "innovate" and use it for other purposes as well? The guy responsible for jailbreaking the iPhone, George Hotz, is now being taken to court by Sony for "breaking PS3's security measures wide open". This would finally be a proper way to compare the consoles. They must have put a fair bit of $$$ into making this game if separate development is the case.

Ps3 is an excellent media server. Despite its hardware. Ps3 is difficult for which to write code and so game companies will make the x360 version first and then transfer it over. Unless this is done well, the end result is a buggy laggy game for what otherwise should be running smooth. Think of a car. You can have all these expensive mods but unless you've got a good tune to go with it, you're car is gonna run like shit.

Apparently simcity 4 is meant to be the final one. Maxis axed the 5th one back in 07. And they're not interested in making it any time soon.

Bluray is only available on the ps3. ps3 also has play tv which let's you record freeview. Xbox has foxtel though. Not sure about recording it. Generally, games run better on the 360 when theyre out on both consoles. Although I think ps3 exclusives are better... Apart from gears of war on the 360, which is pretty awesome.

Both systems are pretty effin sweet so I'm sure you'll be happy with whichever one you get. Keep in mind that you'll eventually play online so id get the system my mates have. Online play is more fun with people you know.

I can't stand those people. They sit in the corner with a grenade launcher, claymore the doorway, I'll throw a grenade in there or shoot them through the wall and they give ME shit about it................................................................. Gungame is good fun, actually allt he wager matches add a bit more fun into the game. I've got to say though, my favourite is Barebones - Pure mode; No killstreaks, no perks, no nothin; just primary and secondary weapons. This mode is where skill really comes into it.
