  1. Should know by tomorrow guys- awaiting confirmation from Mt Cotton regarding dates
  2. no worries Dave- just so you know the LVMA is being hired by a professional driving company that use the Mt Cotton facilities frequently so they are given a fair bit of slack Also, was your day on the skidpan or LVMA? LVMA is further away from residential property and in a valley- locked off from access once the day begins. I havent seen management come down after it gets started
  3. skid pan is off limits for drifting, however we will be using the LVMA which is still ok to have fun 90db noise limit
  4. thanks for clearing it up Darrin- lots of speculation in this thread, and it doesnt help when every sub varient uses different brakes lol Question- Will Brembo's bolt up direct to a S2 RS4? R33/R34 identical? Will master cylinder require upgrading, or will stock item do the same job? Mods- Anyway of cleaning up this thread? Or creating a new thread with pure facts from this thread? Cheers, Mitch
  5. free bump for a sexy r33
  6. check out the vid mate- slide is fine. Its often the quickest way around each course check out 3:35 on the vid- my best slide of the day hehehe
  7. ey guys In the process of organising a skidpan day in the brisbane/ gold coast area- most likely Mount Cotton LVMA facilities (large vehicle maneuvering area) Date to be advised, however will be in the month of Feb Please express your interest and i will have more details shortly. Here is some footage from an event last year http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hoOBrWWFaaI CHeers, Mitch
  8. was driving along with a green s1 today on southport-nerang road. Drove up next to him and put window down to say g'day, but the other bloke wasnt interested- maybe he didnt know mine was a stag too??
  9. if you have the xnavi unit just plug it into a spare jack port at front of unit (only one of them is for audio though), then change source on the touch screen to "VTR1"- then press play on ipod =)
  10. towbar pics: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...t&p=4218675
  11. i dont think i've posted in here yet so here ya go:
  12. no mods required, but the guy at the workshop said it was a bit of a bitch to fit. Wasnt a direct bolt up- really had to work hard to make it all line up Also, mine wasnt welded into place properly, so it is about 5-10 degrees out (pointing downwards)- not really happy considering the $$ i paid, but it still towed fine. Took my evo to canberra to compete in the evo nationals- was about 15 hours each way and no dramas
  13. have a read of this: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/To...eas-t49484.html probably best to start from the last page and work your way back lol
  14. s2 towing an evo on highway= 300kms / 60 litre tank....ouch- looks good though hehe
  15. finally got my bar on! nice neat job too
  16. any updates? my relay is ticking too, but mine has slightly different symptom- power flickers when it clicks ie headlights, dash lights, radio all loose power for a split second
  17. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/St...l&hl=towing
  18. that would have been my stag =) i think the mrs had it that day though
  19. Fellow gold coasters- we should organise a cruise sometime this week seeing as its beautifully warm up here hehe
  20. i was havin a hit in the cricket nets hehe could have thrown the bikes in the back and driven ya home lol
  21. i'm not certain its a conection issue- both headlights flicker at the same time. They have individual fuses, which i would think would be individial circuits... I think its a little more than just a bad connection??
  22. did you buy GTR or gtst rotors? as i believe its only the gtst rotors that will fit
