I like kens thinking, perhaps on another idea we, affilliate ourselves with a cams affilliated club, so that everyone who joins this club joins that club too. If that makes sense. I get from the posts in this thread that people just want a bit more formality about the club, we could start having agms and monthly meetings, but anything more then that would be as ken puts it, a headbonk. though i could see this not doing enough to make our could be sponsors happy.

plenum,not good, ? How so? dodgy design? welds? their plenum has done a 9 second pass in a r33 so it cant be all bad.

Dont go to hikari they suck, find a second hand blitz or trust or hks or sard ebc, they are alot better then hybrid ebc anyway

turbo matching is never an exact art, in a name brand kit perhaps, but just buying the turbo outright you dont know whats going work and what is

In the end the high flow rb25 and gt28 will have similar wheels etc, the high flow will just be able to sit on standard manfold and keep original/current dump pipe. cgc, make high flow rb25 turbos that still have the ball bearing cores, they are going to be similar price to gt t3 flange and will be good for 300 rwhp which is about max your gonna get out of gt28 series which are rated to 420 at the engine

Thinking again, i dont think ive seen a gt28 with t3 flange, check out ray halls website, which i cant remember the url for atm. He has the range of garret turbo, though i know you can get hks and gt 2530s and 2540s with t3 flange

rb25 is a t3 flange, therefore you need a gt series with a t3 flange, they exist but they are not that common.

Ok let me put it a bit more simply, As it stands Skylines Australia Discussion Forums > Skylines Australia > Western Australia > We already have meets, group buys, get good prices from dealers that post here etc etc, how is paying money into a group going to make this better. I dont think lining the pockets of insurance companies and auditors is worth it just so we can say "oh look we are an offical club"
