Help needed , my R32 Gts4 is stuck on high beam , I think I broke the combo switch flicking it back and fourth trying to get it off high beam , I ordered a new combo switch and have installed it thinking that would solve the problem but it hasn't . Has anyone come across this problem before ? I was thinking maybe a relay problem any help and ideas would be much appreciated ! Thanks

Yeah , thanks ! There is no play in the shaft ! A tiny bit forwards and backwards , the bearings don't feel notchy and don't grab ! Overall I am pretty happy with it ! Thanks for the reply !

Hey people , I bought a turbo off an RB25 that I found on ebay ! I Got it today , I was just wondering what I should be looking for reguarding the condition and if its worth the time to put on my car so I waste a day bolting it on if I have bought a dud ! It looks clean , there is a little oil around the compressor , both compressor and turbine wheels look ok , don't appear to be worn ! It spins freely , not sure how free it should spin ? Is there anything else I should be looking for ??? Thanks !

Good point Roy , its so hard trying to decide , what to do ! I don't know wether I should just bolt on a stock rb25 unit or to go something better again ! Its all so confusing sometimes ! I will have to keep what you said in mind , Thanks for the input ! ! !

I am looking at turbos to put on my gts4 , I am looking at the gt2871r or the maybe the 3071 , If a standard rb25 turbo bolts up to an rb25 , does that mean a gt2871r or the gt3071 for the rb25 from tweakit will bolt straight up ? I know I need a spacer for the 3071 , but will either one bolt up to the dump ? ? ? Will I need to upgrade the ecu with one of these turbos ? I have an apexi afc and am looking at getting a z32 afm . Any help would be most apreciated Thanks

What are the lights on the front of an R32 GTS4 , are they driving lights or fog lights ? They seem slightly yellow , but no where near as yellow as the ones on some silvia's !

Hey guys , I hate to say it but the police are a necessary evil , the have a job to do , and some make it harder for them . I have been pulled over several times and had both good and bad cops , some with a great attitude and others just looking for an excuse to give you an ass kicken ! I think when some people get pulled over , at that point in time they may have been doing nothing wrong , but in the past have brought attention to themselves and gained a reputation ! I knew a guy who had his 180sx impounded for drifting , when he got the car back he was getting pulled over left right and centre ! He sold the car to buy a late model BMW , once the police found out he owned it , same thing again ! I think everyone has a valid point to make !

Hello , I am new here and new to skylines ! I bought a 93 R32 GTS4 a few weeks ago and I just have a few questions about it ! It has an apexi dump pipe from turbo to cat then a cat back jasma 3 1/4 inch system , and an apexi safc ( the old one with 5 knobs ) and an oil cooler ! It still has the stock front mount intercooler . The turbo apears to be standard with no aftermarket boost control , it just has the hose from the front of the compressor housing to the wastegate actuator . It is running around .8 bar of boost which I think is around 11 psi . The question I have is , is this a safe amount of boost to be running for the standard turbo ? Does this sound like the right amount of boost for the standard turbo , or could it be fitted with an rb25 turbo ? and is the safc needed if it is mostly standard ? Any help would be great ! ! !
