  1. you are crazy mate get ya self a proper line cooler that isnt placed at the front of ya car, get it sorted b4 you kill ya self or someone else this is some stupid shit dude really, seriously what do u think will happin if you crash? 50+psi of fuel squrting ova everything all the wiring and shit? it might nt be much fuel but once it ignited god help you. book ya self into a cat scan or something gee
  2. what i thought chunchy fake chrome flakes would give me 800kw extra bro lol, yeh dont worry they where only on the for instualation i have some K&N extreme filter on atm wanna get some hks ones.
  3. i wouldnt bother pushing them at all just upgrade, i made the mistake pushing mine which ended in disaster 280rwkw bumped up fuel preasure running at around 96% duty on safe tune all sweet untill no.6 injector burst which leaned out the cyl and melted the piston. 700cc +1

I bought one of these for my GTR r33 and trust me all the same problems as you had on ya gtr but you didnt get all the way to having it fitted there are all the problems you said PLUS MORE!!! right so the bov return i just weled them up so it would snezze funny then with the relocation on the pw steering dont do it because its located lower than the pump will stuff it up really quick, i went and bought a uni alloy shinny one from america $40 ebay really good qualitly and thick mounted basicly where factory but fitts nice, then before you fit go get every flange faced because everyone leaks and isnt flush i found this out the hard way not a fun job when you do it 4-5 times get them all ground flat, ok so ya got it on now and fitted we go out buy some new hose clamps for the top pipes you do them up fully and abit more but they are the wrong size for the pipe yeh they seal at 1 bar but then leak at 1.5 bar trust me replace them. or just got spent $1000 for a trust one i would if i had to do it again Autobahn888 $400 for the kit $40 pws tank $25 pws hoses $60 intercooler hose clamps $80 machin the flanges flush $40 alloy welding $100 in beer and about 10 hours work wif a few spanners lost after throwin across the shed.

  7. hi everyone got and injector leaking and have to race this weekend has anyone in south australia/ adelaide got any injectors i can buy need some 550cc to 1000cc whateva have cash need asap to get in and on the dyno
  8. scratch the dump off you wont need them as the 34gtr have stainless one from factory
  9. yes i noticed it to that it only goes to 140kph, the tunner said something that it wasnt getting traction would this be the case and he said his rollers where warn? i will be putting a swell pot in and a 044 pump and i re-run the wiring aswell.
  10. when put this new fuel pump in will it stuff up all the a/f ratios?
  11. fuel pump seemed fine i watched the gauge and held pressure strong but at 85psi its was bouncey on the gauge so that why we wound it back to 70 and when on a dyno run it woundnt drop back down or the neddle wounldnt go bouncey at all. but i have just bought a 044 im setting up a swell pot in the boot because i do hill climbs but really dont wanna drive 400km to get another tune on it already have already drop $1000 into tuning it.

Have just had my car tunned 98 GTR list of mod steel wheel turbos HKS evc boost controller Hard intake and cooler piping cooling pro fmic 80mm tomei fuel reg std injectors std afm std fuel pump manifolds std dumps 3" fronts 3" exhaust straight threw atm lightened flywheel 12lbs pfc cam gears after tune got 260awkw with injectors at 96% duty and didnt want to push them any harder had fuel pressure bumped up to 70psi running 1.25bar have included dyno sheet. is this a good tune? have read others dyno resaults and some getting 300awkw on std injectors why are mine maxed out?
  14. Have installed a HKS evc but cant get the boost higher than 1 bar the interface reads the right boost to my defi boost gauge anyone got any ideas. If i set the boost to .9 or .7 the boost wont go higher but set to 1.2 or 1.4 it will stop at 1bar

  16. mate realy easy get two little flathead screw drivers, first leaver a gap at the start then put the seconed on in where u have made a gap and just leaver it should just pop out can be done with one screwdriver i did it just the other day in about 20 sec the clip will wanna spin and really you dont have to be carefull you wont break anything in there just give it a good leaver and yank
  17. 98 r33 GTR Vin: 6u900bcnr33043083 turbo output gasket. around 2 inch 2 bolt gasket that connects the cooler piping to the turbo.

Hopping to get it back on the dyno this weekend, found another problem i used the cheap gaskets that come with my manifolds found that the stainles steal has expanded and really crushed the gasket and when was started cold it leaked untill warm so it wont take long to burn out im changing ova to metal gaskets now. also i reused the turbo output gasket which i think has blowin out can see blow marks on my heat wrap tape will also replace. will update results when i get it back on the dyno
  19. after the part number for the turbo compressor side output gaskets for a r33 gtr, trying to explain it to my local nissan dealer ova the phone and they think im stupid and dont know what im on about.
  20. HI, got r33 gtr just want to let everyone know by discontecting the 2 wire plug from under the dash and pumping the brake pedal 5 time it totaly disconnects the 4wd had it on the hoist and there is 0 drive to the front wheels and it just spent the day on a 2wd dyno aswell.

Hi everyone, Just got back from adelaide on the dyno, now we tunned the car and got it putting out a max of 250awkw @ 1.1 bar we couldnt get the boost to go any higher, the guy recons its the turbosmart boost controller would this be the case? im running std turbos with steel internals so we should get them to around 1.5-1.4bar really. Also on the way home i dropped into my uncles and picked up a HKS evc VIII that he had ripped of one of his imported cars he has sold now i got everything but no manual has anyone hot a manual they could scan and email me?

  24. well 12kg or 10kg i dont care i wouldnt want either the come threw to say hi. I have purchased a xtd flywheel from the states cost me just under $300 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...em=190252950052 Hope it will be ok.
