I had every coolant hose on my 26 replaced when i had my conversion done, so hopefully i wont have this problem anytime soon.
There is actually one that looks very similar to that i see parked at a house on my way home from work. Its nearly the exact same colour, Its has a front bumper like mine on it, and it has 5 or 6 spoke rims with no dish. Its a neat car but it not in the same league as Carl's old car.
In cold weather like this about 10-12 should be fine. Just give it some stick and pull straight over and feel how hot it is. if its only slightly warm to touch you'll be fine.
you should get 10% for having 2 cars and another 10% for the cams licence.

You can only go as low as the actuator will allow, so i guess your stock boost level is 9psi, so that is as low as you can go. I have 14psi actuators so that is as low as i can set my boost.
