  1. Before you get too paranoid you need to understand that the oil pressure sender unit is a known problem on the R32 GTR's. So you can either replace the unit with a known good one or get a mechanic to put a gauge on it for you. Do that before you do anything else.

  6. As much as I wanted to see Williams get a podium - it was Maldanados fault. You just dont rejoin the track and fire into the side of someone. What the shot above doesnt show was that he had four wheels off the circuit - to be honest I was surprised he got away with a 20 second penalty. He has to stop doing stupid sht - Melbourne was bad enough, then Monaco, now this.

  8. As much as I am willing to slate Ferrari for their massively dodgy actions down the years I dont think you can really blame them for this non story. Really the RedBull was legal - there was some vagary in the rule and it has been cleared up. Webber is, reasonably, annoyed by the sniping over stuff all after what was a really good drive. Anyway Canada will be interesting (I hope). Wonder which of the MB powered cars wins.

  17. The current state of the surface at Wanneroo will punish you if your car set up is not spot on. Any understeer you have will ruin your lap time.
  18. Dont use a standard sump with a high volume pump. It is a recipe for a blown motor.

  24. Here is a thought: DONT USE EITHER. For a motor built to use a Nissan pump a higher flow, higher pressure aftermarket pump will simply push too much oil into the head of the motor and make a mess of everything. If you have a stock sump you will run out of oil and destroy your motor. Sort out the harmonic balancer and get a machined rotor for the pump.
