  1. I don't have the pics so I'll desribe them for you. The first one you'll start of with a slow right, then a left, then a left, then a right, left, right, left left, right and into the finishing box. The next one will be right, left, left, right, right, left, left 270degs and finish. Hope that clears things up.

  6. From Herald Sun: A RED army will invade Melbourne in the lead-up to next month's Australian Grand Prix. At least 60 Ferraris, one for each year the Italian supercar maker has been in business, will converge on Carlton's Lygon St for a unique Italian celebration. The cavalcade will parade through the Italian heart of Melbourne before a demonstration run by a Ferrari Formula One car. The Ferrari Festival, to be held on March 3, is expected to draw a huge crowd to an F1-themed street party. "Everyone who has ever heard a Formula One car will be familiar with the adrenalin rush it induces," GP CEO Tim Bamford said yesterday. Details are still being finalised, including who will drive the F1 car and the route of the cavalcade, but preliminary details will be revealed today by the Australian Grand Prix Corporation. The Ferrari Festival is a joint event involving the City of Melbourne and Ferrari, which is hoping to have a full range of Ferrari cars through the generations and the Italian team's drivers. It will be the highlight of Ferrari's 60th-anniversary celebrations in Australia. "This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see all things Ferrari in one place at one time," said Kevin Wall, Ferrari's general manager in Australia. This is the second time an F1 car has taken to the streets of Melbourne, after the successful F1 and V8 Supercar hit-out in the city centre two years ago. The organisers are taking no chances on safety. More than 1km of steel barriers will be installed along Lygon St and there will be an exclusion zone around the F1 demonstration area. "This is not about speed. This is an opportunity to promote Melbourne, Australia and our iconic Lygon St precinct to the world," Mr Bamford said. Ferrari Day activities will include F1 simulators, a display of race and road cars, special exhibitions and children's activities. A special Ferrari baton, which is being carried around the world by 10,000 Ferrari owners, will also be on display. I'm keen to go check this out. It's a pain in the ass of a place but I'm hoping to see an F40, F50 and Enzo all there which would be pretty sweet.
  7. Hey Tim, Welcome to SAU. Home to EVO owners...
  8. Actually ignore that - I just did a search and it seems the old Feb event schedule has gone to internet heaven. Along with all the video's from Feb as well! But for those that were there - it was the one with THE STORM. Skidpan events from that one will be the same as this one.
  9. Evan - here's a hint - find the event schedule from feb last year and it will be damn similar to that one....
  10. I'm pretty sure we have the Adam's for the mini-wang Chris. cheers.
  11. Entry List Updated
  12. Damn - I was supposed to nominate Saf as well before so I'm glad someone else did it for me.
  13. yes - yes it is.
  14. Ok - this is coming up shortly. I'd like to Nominate Paul for Pres. I also second Ash for VP and Bris for MS.
  15. Nick - 9593 7777 Call and ask for membership services. Usually they can at the worst fax you something that you can use to say you have renewed. Cheers Snowy
  16. You can come compete at anyof the rounds but to be a part of the Motorsport Club Championship you need to be a member of the club. Hence why it's called a club championship....
  17. Hopefully you won't have a repeat of that hey Russ. Was the vacum loss basically causing the ABS to play up (which is an issue I seem to get on and off) or was it more of a pedal pressure loss problem? Anyways regadless it will be good to see you guys out in it again. Although when are you guys going to unvail the R33 mate?
  18. Mate I'd love to say yes but I don't have my car back yet...... I will be doing everything I can to attend PIARC but I'll only be going there if the car is right.
  19. Unfortunately I'm in the same boat stig which is a shame. Especially since I organised my flights away around this event (am going on holidays on the Sunday instead of the Friday).
  20. Ok - thanks for that. It never used to be the case from other visits I have done there. No big deal as I have one anyways. It also looks from that link that AASA license have gone up to $50.
  21. The only problem is the last event giant competed in he and Mark won - but they were driving an EVO. So he is a little fond of them too.
  22. I'm going to head out to Winton on Friday 9th of Feb for the test and tune day (then basically go straight to Shep for DECA on Saturday). If anyone else is keen let me know. For reference it is $120 and all you need is a helmet and long sleeves/pants.
  23. That James fella is a cb hoarder. He's got 2 of mine as well.
  24. Not meaning to be picky but with 52 entrants @ $140 thats over $7K - after track hire (yes I know the price for public holidays - it's the same price as for Sundays), insurance, medics, etc there is still a fair bit of coin left over in that.... I was originally coming to this day but due to my car still being broken I had to pull out but I'd sure be disappointed to have travelled all that way - as many did from QLD - not to get times for an entry fee of $140. $140 gets you a timed track day down here at Phillip Island on a Sunday (sorry - $145) where the facility hire fee is 2 times the price and insurance has to be with CAMS which is more costly again. So sorry but to me no timing for that price is a bit weak. Just my opinion however and maybe everyone who attends those days are happy.
