  1. Yeah and he eats more than vegetables.
  2. The fact that you 3 listen to H, K and D explains a lot.
  3. sif be awake at 6:10am.
  4. Dear New Owner of Golgo, I promise it was only over 9,000rpm briefly. Sad to see him leave the state however. But I'm sure one day in the future the plates will be back on a new toy and Golgo will re-live.
  5. No that was the 1st one at Ice. We have had them at other locations in the past.
  6. Feel free to ignore Pete here. With 55 entries all wanting a good run we just dont have the time for farking around so if Pete tries it I'll be kicking him off and not letting him back on again. Sorry Meat Sauce - no time this time. You only have yourself to blame though for inventing Pete's Revenge.
  7. The Championship this year was 7 rounds (Between Feb and Oct). But some of us also participated in a few extra events such as PIARC and a few of us will attend the Alfa Club day on Dec 11 as well. But generally they run from Feb til Oct and has one every month or so.
  8. Here we go. A Traditional Team Wang experience complete with Wang Busters and the hats. But earlier that day.... I hope you have got it now.
  9. Simple - become a member of the club - participate in one of the club championship rounds (usually one of the AWAY rounds such as Winton or Phillip Island) - then during the weekend all the participants get together - have a drink and drivvel about how brilliant they are around the track and how Michael Schumacher should be worried. LOL. No in all seriousness Team Wang was invented at an away round at Winton where we were staying in Wangaratta. Its just a bit of fun and its around to encourage people to participate in motorsport and to enjoy the social side of it and to ensure everyone remembers to have fun rather than to take it too seriously. Because if you start taking these days too serious you will quickly stop having fun. And there are far too many people that suffer from this out there. So really the summary of what Team Wang is about. Go Racing. Go Hard. But have Fun. And drink lots of Wang Busters.
  10. Leewah has a whole cupboard full of them. Only problem is they only fit him and the average 7yo.
  11. We will provide reflecty tops unless you really want to bring your own ones.

  13. Also - helpers are really only needed full time in the morning. So in the afternoon you are free to come and just enjoy the 2 car battles on the skidpan and since passengers are allowed you should all be able to find a ride in someones car for some fun as well. I can highly recommend Pete and Brisby as candidates for an entertaining drive to be a passenger in. It's really going to be an entertaining day. Some of the cars entered are going to be worth the drive up just to see in action. Check out the Mirage thats going to be there. http://www.tufcars.com.au/index.html
  14. $900 for an external mount?? Sheez! I bought mine for $98 and I'll be using it all day inside and outside of as many cars as possible (although maybe only outside mine because I'm not 100% confident in it just yet. LOL) I have taken it for some test drives and it works great so far. But DECA will be the real test. But for everyone that can come up and help you'll be in the prime spots for when we need you. Free lunch and drinks included for helpers as well.
  15. They sound so awesome as well those things.
  16. Hey all, Big thanks to everyone for all the well wishes! I'm now a very proud dad and I can't wait to show off my beautiful daugter to everyone soon. Mum and baby are still in the hospital and so I don't have the time to rize the pics right now so sorry for the size of them. Anyways - time to go back to my girls. Cheers.
  17. Marcus - I have the full DVD. Why bother downloading them all when BMW would send you the whole DVD with them all for free!! *shrugs*
  18. Still in discussions Geoff - but it looks like this event will be covered by a TV station. (ok - Channel 31 but still!) And the rights of that footage will actually belong to Serious Business (makers of Serious Performance and a number of other publications). But more detials will be posted as they come to hand.

  20. My insurance simpy states that unless I have an alarm/immobilizer with all black wiring installed my theft excess is higher. (Shannons) If the plan is to keep the car on the stockish side with mods more on the asthetics side (aka rims, stereo etc) then service costs and fuel costs won't be that prohibative. But the hard part with skylines is not giving in to the modifying bug. If you start modifying, you'll have to service them more regularly, you guzzle a lot more fuel and you'll run the risk of more things breaking. Otherwise I don't see too many issues for you. And at 36 I see far less Police issues than your average 21yo will get. I'm 30 and have never been pulled over (touch wood) - except a couple of time by guys just wanting to have a look at my car just to check it out (which should be illegal!!!!)
