  1. WHAT???? God damn. Too many people going way too fast! One day soon there is going to be a BIG stack at one of these sprint days then we'll see a bunch of new reg's come in.
  2. As has been mentioned in a bunch of other threads on Tein HA's - they are extremely harsh even on their softest setting. Cheers.
  3. Well done mate!
  4. That Purple R33 is the Melbourne Performance Center development car. Has a HKS 2.8L with twin 2530's. And given that and the fact that it's fairly stripped and usually runs on full slicks it should be fast!
  5. There's 3 pages of interest in the members section.
  6. Ok - this event is now officially fully booked! All future enquires will have to be placed on a stand-by list. Given that we are still 30 days away from the event there may be some withdrawals closer to the date - but we probably wont know until the last week or so. Thanks all for your support. Cheers
  7. And and like all your friends get you confused with Kate Moss. LOL
  8. Listen - the reason I took up racing cars is because it meant I could do a sport where I could sit on my ass!!! Not about to start running at this time of my life! Geez.
  9. I'm sure Ash will tell you.

  11. Shan has a Stagea?
  12. Actually what I was really suprised at was how quick that presky RA is in a straight line. Was suprised in our super sprint that from a standing start I could only get about a car length on Blaise down to the first corner. So whilst Calder may be a power track - it doesn't mean shite given I'm not that much faster than him. LOL. Was funny actually because he killed me on Turn 1 and coming onto the straight but suprisingly the place I made up the most ground on him was under brakes given he had nice AP's running as well. Still - we're going to Phillip Island in a few weeks so revenge will be mine down there. LOL. But that will be after I'm sure I get another serving at DECA. Damn pesky RA. Thank god he's going back to Perth at Xmas - then you boys will have no-one to wave the WRX flag. lol
  13. Listen - Budge has 1 day left as WRX Club President. He's not even putting his hand up for another term because he know's he wouldn't get voted in. He know's he'd get beaten by a chick....... again.
  14. Yeah one of them is 100% stock whilst the other is modified, stipped out and running on semi-comps. And you still couldn't beat a chick.
  15. Its ok. Calder Park - Feb 05 - 2005. Andrew Richmond - 1.05.202 Michale Budge - 1.12.727 Better Still... Lyn Harris - 1.11.858. Beaten by a girl.

  18. I will find out whats happening guys. As far as I know Shan was sent a list of all you guys straight after the SnS. I know at least one guy that signed up that day has access so I'll see whats happened. Appologies.
  19. Congrats to Brandon (beefy) and his wife Rachael on the birth of their son this morning. Xander Thomas Chan. I look forwards to catching up in the near future for a show n tell session once Tara pops as well. Cheers
  20. Na man - my wife is due to have our baby the day before so I'm out of this one. Plus $175 is damn steep for a track day where generally you don't even get that many sessions.
  21. I'd be interested in one as well. Wanted one 12 months ago and they were "unavailbe" back then.
  22. Every single time CJ has been in the car - whether its been practise, racing or even the pre-season testing he has been in the bottom 3. He's a hack.
  23. Calder time improved to 1.04.7. Brisby you need to do some updating you slack ass!

    Vic Sau Club ?

Hey there, SAU Vic runs an annual motorsports competition in conjunction with the WRX Club of Victoria. This year there were 7 events (was supposed to be 8 but one was cancelled) and they were held at Calder Park, Winton Raceway, Sandown and Phillip Island between Feburary and October. Also there was a hill-climb event available at Morwell and we had a club motokhana day at DECA in July and have a second one coming up in November. On top of this the regular track goers from the club participate in other club track events such as the up-coming Maserati Day at Sandown and a few others are looking at attending the Alfa Club day at Phillip Island in December. Our club is not biased towards veichles. Infact in our competition we have had club members running in Silvia's, Supra's, EVO's, Liberties, a Volvo and a TX5 (that can never lose!). So all are welcome to come and join us for some fun. The club is CAMS affiliated so our members can sign up for a license no problems and we have plenty of regular track goers that can help point you in the right direction of requirements if your just starting out. Hope that answers all you questions for now. Cheers Snowy.
