I am leaning towards a GT-T - mainly because it is a bit smaller (9cm less wide and 15.5cm less long) - my garage struggles to accomodate the magna and the V35 is in fact wider (4cm). Also I like the look of the 4door R34 compared to the 4door V35. I am planning to get something around the $20 - $25k mark. I like AWD cars - but hopefully the GT-T's HICAS will keep me out of some trouble...without the fuel consumption of AWD and a twin turbo... Now to decide between a GT-T or Wrx - the only down side to the GT-T I can see is that the car will be at least 7 years old - probably rusting a bit and perhaps with some faulty electrics - whereas I can get a 2005 WRX for about $25 000. Has anyone here got the luck of being able to compare a GT-T to a WRX?

These questions may be best answered by N15m0 1) How do the two compare off the line? 2) What does the handling compare? 3) How does the fuel consumption compare? Thanks again - I am impressed by how quickly everyone answers!

Hi - I am hoping to buy a Skyline soon. I am having trouble deciding between a R34GT-T and a 350GT (manuals). Are they about the same performance-wise? Can they both be modified as easily? I do like the look of the 350GT (especially if I decide to go with the sedan for practical reasons). Also, is the R34 GT-T sedan and coupe the same performance wise? If anyone has recently gone through the same decision, their opinion would be greatly appreciated! My current ride is an 03 AWD Magna Sports - nice, but I think I need something faster
