hrrm think i might put mr2 up for sale this year, and try find a non-turbo R34 auto autos are lots cheaper, and than save a little for a RB26DETT or RB25DET and a 6speed man gearbox r34 2door auto non turbo go for around $24-27k ??

see since my crash the mr2 just scares me :S yesterday when i spun the wheels into 2 gear i freaked out cause last time wheel broke loose i hit a tree :S

well the price tag was $24k but i got it for $19k and put a stereo in it worth $3k once i get to putting the sub and amp in. and some other stuff, i hope for $20-21k cause engine is rebuilt also

i seen boot mounted, top mounted intercoolers on the mr2, but near on the rear bar its self, probley would work good, cause of the under pan style dont know about the side vent IC tho :S seems dodgy yet never felt hot to me so

a mate over north side is getting a GT25R turbo put on his mr2 :| in the US they got 440rwhp outta that turbo with supporting mods :|

nah no qtr mile yet, head out there one saturday for a test and tune night, unless i can get hold of my mates G-tech for a quick qtr check

maybe lol, the ceramic wheel on the CT26 and CT20 can handle up to around 20psi before they start coming apart. but im just sticking with 14psi until i get water/meth injection than i goto 16psi

cant remember wat the interior was on the commodore, its a senetor how ever u spell it, vs, hyrotrak model. but it sounded pretty nice MJ: i got 3inch exhaust, boost controller thats it. maybe a high flowed turbo but dont think so car sales man said it did but reciepts only said turbo rebuild. so maybe maybe not cant be stuffed taking it off to find out.

i was in my mr2, parked next to my mates subaru rx plates "ORX-99" pretty damn nice to bad not turbo hehe. yeh got to look under the hood of that commodore earlier that nite :| i tell u now dont race it :| everything is custom, opens his boot :| i was just stunded :| so much money spent on it he didnt have the nos in it tho:(

ok saw u cruise though BWCP later that nite, i was parked up talkin. did u see that VS senitor with the places 11??? something pretty stock lookin was with those 2 older holdens.

hey anyone know a good mechanic out this way? i need my speed sensor replaced its cause me a bit of trouble working some times and not working :S also got this car warrenty cover AVC (australian vechicle cover) if anyone has any places out this way where you have had ur motor, gearbox etc worked on it would be nice to know the place and number thanks.

anyone know anywhere around the mt gravatt springwood area a good motor mechanic that replaces diff's etc cause i need my speed sensor in my gearbox replaced under warrenty and need a qaulified mechanic to do it
