  1. http://www.Nismo.com.au UAS has them listed on thier site.. they do make the 11mm studs
  2. on a GTR- save up a little more and get a big oil cooler in there if you are planning any track work.
  3. why are you installing a fuel cut defender? as far as my memory goes the skyline doesn't run a fuel cut.. if you want to get rid of the 180 limit then you need the SLD - speed limit defender.
  4. wouldn't the plate just move the sump etc down, since the mounts are attached to the block above the sump plate/adapter area?
  5. dont think that skylines run a wasted spark system
  6. radiator shroud and fan should not be an issue , as the block is taller ABOVE the water pump so its location doesn't change. modifying the engine mounts if you have clearance issues will cause these to foul though as far as i have seen with these combo's its not required to change the tensioner locations.
  7. UAS in sydney had a set of F50 brake Calipers and BIG 355+ rotors for sale for like $4500 on the weekend maybe try them if your keen
  8. the switch is the ground for the light/sensor .. if you splice into the wire and send that to ground the light will come on..
  9. did you use the centre wire in the loom to the O2 sensor?
  10. they are good, i had one for years and never got defected for the pod, whereas god done for plenty of other stuff lol
  11. have the base timing moved back to 15 degree BTDC by adjusting the Crank angle sensor
  12. Cruise .. bit a a good walthrough at this link from GTR.co.uk http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/upload/showthread.php?t=52458 shows in the process how the oil pump was modified for the pickup change
  13. restrictors for std ball bearing cores are built into the area you screw the banjo feed into, if there is only a very small feed then its restricted
  14. grain of wheat globe from Jaycar Ethan .. there is another thread here about how to install them etc.
  15. bit fiddly on modifying the wiring for the Q45 .. and i think reaqlistically there wouldn't be much increase in power. you intercooler piping wouldn't be that large and it will flow through that ok wont it? so why do you need a larger TB ? from memory the std TB is larger than 2.5 inch anyway
  16. they are simply plug ins without clips, maybe assisting it with a small screwdriver.. i have had relay so tight in their sockets that i ahve pulled the plastic cover off the relay unit. so be firm but gentle
  17. havent seen any off the shelf, you would have to make one yourself not useful with std turbo usually
  18. id be thinking it would be the air pressure feeds to control the boost pressure.. top is feed from pressure side from the boost controller, side is direct feed from the pressure side (hot pipe or plenum)
  19. stuffed oil pump will cause no oil on the bearings... no oil on the bearings means no lubrictaion = spun bearings = rebuild time hope thats not the case though --- do you mean fuel pressure or oil pressure in the first line?? no oil cam cause the cams to seize aswell ... you shouldn't have driven it home IMO
  20. doubt it, but you can only try.. have a look there was a thread about a guy making a little pd for his down there from fibreglass.. doubt you'll want to
  21. well in NSW they are a visual obstruction and within the "Crash zone", so they pin you alot for it. easy $75 fine is why i think they do it.
  22. yeah got sick of getting defected for the guages on the pillar, so i got into it, just located the mirror control underneath were it is normally.. need to get it sprayed now though .
  23. hmm only have one here... not the best view of it, but it shows the location making the cup was easy, as mine was the larger type guages ..60mm and i just fibreglassed around a coke can, then cut it square
  24. is it a wire or is it a tube? and what is at the other end of it?
