  1. yes but it is a good dirt track, they are improving wakefield but until they can coax v8 supercars back, it wont ever be as big! they could run the place just from foods sales at EC LOL im still in if roster plays nice! havent been out there yet!
  2. would be definately hard for them to tell, not often they would get you to take the head off these to check... makes the racing more expensive though! if you blow the engine up in a race.. you HAVE to buy a new one and cant repair the old one! doesn't seem right!
  3. hmmm very tempting!!! have to see if im working that day!!
  4. atm, the back is where i need grip... cant get the power down!! guess i'll have to save up and get some softer springs for the rear to allow more squat! that combo has got to be better than the sime and other unknown brand im running now!! good for drifting as they dont wear at all!!!! that block is for the GTR?? was it that hard to find one, just hard to find one at the right price?? why so long til shes back on the track??
  5. ooohh sweet, cheers Duncan so will you be joining us in the next event? i wanna head down again soon! got some good tyres now.. ahhh second hand kuhmo's from the MG's for the front and some TOYO tyres fro the back, (couple of hundred each but dunno what model)
  6. damn this dial up curse! i wanna see!
  7. is fulllock.com.au down or is it just me?
  8. seen one gtst r33 with insides clear and outsides red.. yellow car looked OK
  9. mmmm 240z's
  10. hmmmmm... it's called a racecar trailer tearing the door off my car at Oran Park last year!!
  11. hmm proxies... test machine here we come!
  12. true true, can be quite easy to get em passed!
  13. if you get an engineers cert for the turbo etc then everything is fine, but as far as i know with ECU it is illegal to have one that is tunable.. but im sure to get the eng cert you would have to pass emissions! pretty hard to get defected for an ECU, they wont really pull out the kick panel and have a look in there and know the difference between stock and aftermarket!!
  14. i went through 3 crashes in my 99 lancer, first one was my fault - tree +100kph not good you learn from that stupidity then people just do stupid stuff, like pull out in front of you etc or swerving to miss pedestrians on the road things happen until you can learn to forsee issue that will happen.. that comes with time! but i have found that the power of a skyline can actually get you out of trouble rather than put you in it! plus their handling and braking ability!! take it to a track (with the turbo running) and learn what it does, and how it reacts.. you dont always go sideways cause you want to!!
  15. in 2 weeks if you still have it, we can work something out R33GT..
  16. shan's comment = GOLD

  23. do whiteline make a set of springs to fit the tein HA's and HR's ???
  24. the tops dont look like adjustable teins, i've only seen new ones, and they dont look new! no stickers or anything on them? definately their colours though!
