sprint32, true but i just have a thing against using thing if they have failed that much to actually cracking! personal choice though! Cyph3r, the VRS kit includes the inlet and exhaust gaskets, it has pretty much all top end gaskets you would need!!! metal head gaskets (when larger than standard) will reduce the compression, so if everything else remains the same then it will perform worse, usually they are used with increased boost!

BOO57A, saw you out there today on the Putty cruise, i have to hook things up just an idea atm, but if i can organise a few boats and a few riders should be able to set things up!! Nice ride btw!! i was in the black MR2 behind you most of the way, after my car didn't make it past the go karts

they are at $4000 + for the HKS ones.. external gate so add the exhaust manifold and wastegate.. XTR have GT30/40 internal gated turbos that staight fit the rb25, they are about $3000 as for the argument between garret and HKS, it's been covered heaps and there is not much difference between them that i can see...... HKS is supposed to be more responsive than the garret version..... personal opinions only on these AFAIK

PWR do a straight fit alloy rad. for these -- around $770 for a 40mm one inlet gaskets, if your doing valve stem seals and head gasket, just go buy a VRS kit from nissan for them.... they are cheaper than getting the bits separately!! that will do cam seals, inlet and exhaust gaskets, head gasket andvalve stem seals.. pretty much everything you need! your fixing the head? why not replacement? minimum of decking the head would be needed too!

what if you checked with nissan to see if car came out with these as an option, then they couldn't take them out... not sure if it is an option to do or not, but worth a try!

nice, no i dont have a boat yet.. a mate of mine has and old lewis we use sometimes, but usually go out in a Nemisis wake board boat with the guys from Trojan Watersports in windsor (boat used to outside the shop all the time) Sackville is very quiet usually, wont go out in winter but... not that keen.. but yeah usually ski around dad's corner depending on the wind!!

Time to get a portable cb radio..

Basically just wondering if people on these forums in NSW are involved interested in waterskiing and wakeboarding... obviously it's not really the time for it (too damn cold) but just looking into some options to organise some outings/lessons for people.. Really just throwing around some ideas since it is a mad sport and a whole lotta fun!
