looks good, only thing i can see might be an issue is the flat sides of the angle are to be driven on
should have had the tip of the 90 facing up, or the 2 ends
there has been a few thread for this in both forced induction and general maintenance

your wheel doesnt have provision for a horn button?
you can always put a button in the wheel somewhere and run the wires into the boss kit to connect to the factory contacts
some tool shops have those annodised slimline sets in 4 colours that have the plastic covers on them to stop the socket from damaging the wheels. these are normally long and skinny for this purpose.
sounds like alibrite or allumabrite - which is normally a sulfuric acid mix for cleaning alloy.
i've been through a few of those "industrial degreasers" which were up to $400 for 20L and the bunnings green stuff was alot better.
a can of oven cleaner will do a whole gearbox - just cannot get it on any of the plastics or rubber boots.
bent valve in itself would make it sound like a WRX, without melting the crap out of a coilpack
ticking could be as simple as the wiring arcing out from the base of the coilpack
there is an industrial degreaser from bunnings that i found was the best on the retail market - $60 for 15L and is green/yellow in colour
simple green works well also in high concentrations - and available from bunnings
both these need soaking though - so overnight in a tub and then pressure hose them off.
another handy household cleaner for baked on oil is oven cleaner left on for about 5-10 mins the hosed off.. can help to scrub this a little also but works wonders (dont leave on too long or it discolours alloy)
you'll need a boss kit for that style wheel - most supercheaps autobarns etc have them in stock - around $70
you'll need to find a horn button for the wheel too.
if its an aftermarket wheel you will need to buy a boss kit that will adapt from the spline on the steering column to the bolt pattern for the wheel.
a picture would help confirm if this is needed or not.
i just used a small set of sockets
1/4 inch drive with a long extension and the swivel bit at the end - run electrical tape over the swivel to help keep it stright when you go to place the socket onto the nut.
