  7. oh ok, fair enough!!! if its not a track day thing then you shouldn't need to put them up that high!! anywhere between 34 and 40 would do but!!
  8. thread... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...&threadid=23814
  9. should put that part in first, do it up lightly then you should be able to move the wheel forward a bit and get the other 2 bolts into place, have a look for a thread about front sway bars, description in there about the castor rods!!
  10. well for a track day, i would be putting around 40psi front and 38 psi rear (if you get normal oversteer)!!! that is more than they say on those plaques but shoudl make it handle alot better and give more response!! oh by the way it is illegal not to have that plaque inside the door/on the car!!! where are you doing this course?

  17. if you dont get the one with the air vent for the filter eg. series one bonnet, the no water will ge to the filter!! and if you do have the series 2 bonnet most cai will no thave opening on top to allow water to access the filter!!! if i had the money i would get one asap, as well as the CF boot from Rezz!!!!
  18. question is, how much difference does the venting make? not only do they look great, but if they actually made a large difference to underbonnet temps and radiator flow, they could end up saving you money??? anyone done any tests with these, or got one and noticed lower engine temps etc?
  19. ah.... the joys of have a rattle gun the only thing i had was to tap the top of those 2 bolts while doing them up!! seems very tight, will see if they have moved at all as it's been a few weeks since i started driving the car again!!

  21. blinb_elk, any ideas why you would have to wait til on the ground?? just thinking that if they are standard, they cannot change at all!! and if they are not ie adjustable, then they wouldn't be in the same spot anyway!! just curious is all
  22. this might sound a bit crazy, but if we cant afford to upgrade the exsisting pod, what about filtering the air coming in from the cold air intake before it reaches the pod, thus eliminating any issues with the pod there!!! Cheap and nasty but might help!! and still allows a higher area of air around the pod!!! anyone think of any pros'cons for this setup??? ps proxies prevent me seeing your pictures boostmeister, you may have covered this!!
