NA_R33, tell your mate to check the aircon compressor, mine used to do that too, turned out to be a metal plate rubbing on the bearing!! or it's cactus!

I just use a program call DB poweramp, very handy!! all you have to do is right click on the .cda file and select convert -- away it goes!! take about 10 seconds a file!!!

yeah mines a '94, and i do have the support for the higher boost (check sig.), except adjustable ECU!

any stains around the outlet on the top of the overflow bottle? Mine used to go through a fair bit too, just replaced the radiator cap!

have you tried just normal polish? would do that before using a cutting compound!!!

well i dont have the diagram but the left lights are wire in from the right hand side! does the blinker work? think it would be the only light that wires in separately from the other light! if it does work, the problem is only between right and left lights!!

well, you can go well over 9psi in the gtst with stock ECU is no worries! im running 11psi no worries, actually might go up a bit soon! installing the boost controllers is pretty easy, if your refering to making one yourself, then it can work but not guranteed to work as good! do a search for boost controllers! should bring up what you need

not even sure if i have the boxes for those, probably! if i find them i'll post it! dont really need much more though, they work fine and last all day on the track!!

Watch it with DBA, had a little issue when buying slotted rotors off them! had the rotors delivered that they assured me were there replacement of R33 GTST S1, so i took them home and installed them -- simple install, took it for a drive, and nearly destroyed them! they had given me rotors that were too thick and the offset was incorrect! They also didn't want to take them back because of the damage!!! ended up having to get them machined to fit, losing the slots, only good thing is better ventilation, waste of $500 or so dollars.. just my little winge, partly my fault for trusting their info and not double checking! oh well ... rant complete

did you use your original flywheel? the tail shaft would be hard to put in wrong because of the spline on the end, and the gear box would work (my guess) if the internals weren't lined up as they should be!! sounds like clutch plate/fly wheel issue IMOH

so nothing in the alarm works? could just be a fuse from when you were playing with it, OR it needs a complete circuit for the central locking which you removed when you took the speaker out!! have you tried putting it back in?

yeah true! still havent had a proper cruise in it yet!! soon i hope any cruises in NSW coming up people?
